How can pre market be profitable in the current bear market ?

This current bear market is one that hold lot of weight. I mean i was quite shocked to find out over $1.5 billion has been liquidated in the past 24 hours, it was so unexpected. Whales were not left out, as i found out the largest single liquidation order of over 8 million valued in BTC was also liquidated. I’d say risk management is to be applied seriously now.

I’m sure i wasn’t the only one who never expected this occurrence because i know those that were really affected. As i was thinking of the next strategy i could use to avoid further losses, i came across a Defi token, $RED on premarket and i’m think of taking the opportunity considering the fact that past Defi tokens were successful after launch. What do you think about premarket currently ?

I understand that this will be the feeling of being new in the market. But hold on, don't get too nervous and worried because we can never say yet if this will be heading to bear season or just a simple market correction. Remember that the market is so volatile, and it is going to be this way at any time.

We cannot make a profit in this situation if we sell our coins. That is why we HOLD, and instead of thinking about selling, we buy them. The situation tells us people that in order to make a profit, we also have to learn to wait.

Just be careful of gambling with these altcoins during this bear market. The market is not good for now. Most coins will be in the downtrend for now. You will see that as some are gotten launched, they will only be falling. Also the premarket will not be as good for gambling this time.

We're already in the bear? many already think that we're in it because from above $100k down to $79k as of typing this. I am optimistic though that this is necessary and we'll go higher after it recovers.

Okay, that needs to be stopped there. If you think that we're already in the bear market, based on my experience, most of these Defi tokens and products aren't going to do better when we're on this season. But that's just observation however, these premarkets, I don't want to get into them until I see how they do once they're on the actual market.

Well there is some investors that do like when there is a 'bear market'. It is now that we can stack stats for cheaper because the price of coins is lower.
For me I am just going to hodl and not think of the profit that I am losing right now in this market. But if you do have some extra fiat well then it is a good thing for you so you can get coins that you did not buy when they were worth more.

pre market is all about conviction, the price hasn't yet dictated by pure supply and demand but instead just people's speculation on the future price and successful launch of a project.
buy pre market only if you're so sure, otherwise you might be wasting your money.
if you're so bullish anyway, pre market is the way to get you ahead of other people but don't be surprised seeing the price plummet at the time of TGE when the real circulating supply finally comes out to the market and there'll be massive sell off.

You've actually hit the nail on the head with your analysis, because many people don't understand that the market right now is being dictated by Bitcoin alone. Wherever BTC goes, others follow. Someone without this knowledge may fall into liquidation for trading against BTC.
One interesting thing is that even if someone shorts now, they can still lose. The market is currently being controlled, and until it calms down, I wouldn't advise any trading. My own concern is on $RED as it is on pre-market trading now and I have eyes on it because it is designed to bridge the gap between real-world data and blockchain and also it is on reputable exchanges like Bitget, KuCoin, and others .

I will give you a piece of advise, don't invest in the market if you're not ready to make losses. Bitcoin is top project in the market, all eyes on this project and there's everything for solid investment. Making crucial decisions should be effective for everyone, there are several means where one can make good stands in the financial market. We know it can be challenging most times when it involves scouting for legitimate crypto project, but we know what to do. Investment should temporary because the market is filled with volatility.

I think premarket price was around $2.5 to $3 per token then the token launched and shot up to $10 in the first week and $34 in the following weeks to come.

Since trend has changed, you'd be more profitable selling on premarket than buying if you're serious about turning a profit.

i would only advise getting tokens for free through airdrops instead of buying because you would not want to lose money when the project does not end up becoming successful

Pre-market trading is as risky as normal trading. If you don't do proper market analysis, you won't be able to profit from this. It had a pre market price of $1.4+ when it was listed on pre market on bitget but after being listed on the official spot its price could not hit this price. It is now priced at 0.48$ so those who bought in the early pre-market have lost more than 60% at the current price. So this proves that if you are not an expert in market analysis or analysis on any coin you can't profit anywhere.
