I want to bring attention to a serious issue involving FortuneJack and their now conveniently forgotten JackToken. This project was aggressively promoted starting around August 2024, with promises of exclusive rewards, bonuses, staking utility, and an overall ecosystem integration. Users were encouraged to buy and hold JackToken under the assumption that it would be a long-term utility token tied to the platform.
However, fast forward to 2025, JackToken has mysteriously disappeared from their website. All promotions and support pages have been silently removed, and no official communication has been made about the status of the token. FortuneJack is now acting as if the token never existed, distancing themselves from the project entirely to avoid accountability.
This is not just bad communication — it's blatant negligence, if not an outright scam.
No updates to the community.
No explanation to token holders.
No buyback or compensation.
Complete deletion of JackToken mentions from official channels.
Users who trusted the platform and invested in JackToken are now left with worthless assets and zero support. FortuneJack needs to be held accountable. If this was a failed project, they owe the community a proper explanation — not silence and deletion. If this was intentional, then it's a rug pull under the guise of a known crypto casino.

Are there any updates regarding the case? I have a judgment against @Fortunejack for unpaid winnings exceeding 100,000 dollars. No they’ll have to respond on May 5 In my opinion, all casinos without an English license can be classified as scams! But this does not mean that they will deceive everyone. If a casino license is a significant factor for you to register, then a Curacao license is an empty phrase! But in this example we can see that there are still at least some opportunities.
Dear PaperWallet, could you create a separate topic on the forum in which you would share your experience!? I would ask you to describe your path that reached the court. .1 Finding lawyers 2. How much did it all cost 3. Is your personal presence necessary 4. The necessary evidence, without which there is no point in contacting lawyers. 5. Perhaps some other features of the case that you encountered? At the moment, a lot of players are brazenly deprived of their winnings. This can be from 100 to 5000 dollars. For such amounts, no one will start legal proceedings in another country. But maybe with your experience it will be possible to create collective complaints and remote review!? Also, are there any international legal institutions that listen to negative experiences/suggestions of players in order to regulate the casino market?
I would be grateful for your comment.
Yes I shared my experience here: https://asktom.cf/index.php?topic=5368279.msg58302543#msg58302543If you’d like the photos back, comment on that thread and soon enough I’ll bring them back (they were part of an obsolete system) For legal counsel, check SBGOK online and you’ll find all of the answers you’re looking for

Is there another court hearing on that date? No they’ll have to respond on May 5 Yes, but it was postponed again as usual, to 2nd of June. Fortunejack used this hearing to confirm the amount we calculated that was correct. For questions on the process please ask them here: https://asktom.cf/index.php?topic=5449674.200This is more for the scam accusation.

If the amount calculated was correct and confirmed by FortuneJack, that is positive news as any dispute by them would only have added more time to this matter before getting resolved. I suppose it is one less matter to contend with. Did the judge indicate what will happen in court on 2nd June? Yes, but it was postponed again as usual, to 2nd of June. Yes on 2nd of June AntillePhone will reply (they were co-defendants with FortuneJack), and then comes the final order to pay.

This seems to be good news as least to the extent that a date for 2nd June has been fixed for the next hearing. Th part I cannot understand is when are matters supposed to progress beyond hearings to the final judgment. I am not a legal expert but it does seem as though the process is taking too long. Yes on 2nd of June AntillePhone will reply (they were co-defendants with FortuneJack), and then comes the final order to pay.

They’ve absolutely delayed it the most they can, they couldn’t have done any better job. But this is the last hearing before the final judgement. We still don’t know if they (or I) would appeal though.

You did the best you could do under the circumstances. What cannot be denied is that you took a huge casino to court and stood your ground, that alone deserves respect because you believed in something and you did not back down. The only thing to do now is wait until 2nd June. They’ve absolutely delayed it the most they can, they couldn’t have done any better job. But this is the last hearing before the final judgement. For sure though they won’t be able to delay their judgement when it comes to sending them to hell.

Judgement is scheduled november 10, they offered 60,000 euros but I rejected again, my lawyer recommended I take the deal because otherwise they already fled Curacao for Anjouan, and we can’t catch them. You know what, if that is really going to be the case, let it be, I’ll present these 60,000 euros as a sacrifice to Almighty God so that these wicked managers at Fortunejack get justice 7 times in this life and the afterlife.

Regarding the €60,000 they offered, was it an unconditional offer or did it include any conditions that you withdrew your claim against them and would not repeat the claims again? It seems as though your lawyer gave you the appropriate advice. He recommended you take the deal because there might not be another. Also, the fact you are willing to sacrifice the offer to stand by your principles speaks volumes about your character. Hopefully they will make you another offer before 10th November. Of course the offer includes no claims against them ever. As of now I still have the option to sue them in the civil courts over this in their place of residence and in the criminal court in my country of residence (actually it was illegal for them to offer me gambling services, and they knew of what country I am because they did KYC). I won’t do any of this though if they pay what the court orders.

Do you really know what's their country of residence? I know it but I hugely doubt anyone knows it besides me. Btw I'm sure I've mentioned it somewhere but it got ignored. Their country of residence is the country where they operate from, isn't it? That country is very corrupt and there are huge problems these days, there is an ongoing political issues and massive arrests, courts are full of people, no one will have time for FJ. If possible, I suggest you to sue them in a criminal court in your country. They offered you 60K Euro, you didn't agree with this. From your last proposal, I don't understand whether you stop after 60K or not. What do you plan?

Correct me if I’m wrong, but I think they operate out of Georgia?

Correct me if I’m wrong, but I think they operate out of Georgia? That's true, they have a headquarter in Georgia but make no mistake, casinos aren't owned by regular businessmen in Georgia, they are mostly under the protection of the government. This is the most profitable business in Georgia, the top 8 most profitable companies out of 10 are casinos and in such a corrupt country where almost every member of the government gets caught, I would say that chances are slim for you if you go to the local court. They even fined Finland's foreign minister a few days ago. Also, there are huge political issues and massive arrests these days.

I dont remember the amount of money they seized from your account, but I think you should have listened to your lawyer and accept 60k deal they offered. Fortunejack ruined their reputation in last few years and there is no coming back for them anymore, and I understand why you want to push this until the end. I wish you good luck on November 10, and you should finally have justice served with full amount.

I won’t do any of this though if they pay what the court orders. Wait, I find it unbelievable they even offered you something when you clearly was from a restricted region. I understand you won but by logic they are only ruled to pay out your deposits or basically the net losses incurred on your account if you were playing in this case without a legal binding contract. Like we already talked about, my Stake.com case is similiar altough I don't have winnings there, so these fuckers should pay me my fucking money back for all the harm they've done to me. I wish you good luck on November 10, I hope you keep this thread up as I'm probably also going to courts against Stake.com and it would immensely help me get some insights like you already shared in this and the other thread. If I ever get successful with my claim. I will for sure send you some tip. Like 500$ or smthin.
