All this is unnecessary, but the first mistake is from rachael9385 why do you mention that user name in the first place if you don't have evidence of his involvement, that manager has been accused of multiple accounts possession and for sure he has lost his reputation if he failed to prove those allegations wrong.

Even though most 1xbit accounts are bought accounts, and have constituted a nuisance here in the past, we can't directly call in someone who we don't have evidence against since we are judging on a case-by-case basis.
