Regarding your PM, what's instructed to you, is to ask the live support to supply you with your Rollbit username, as you previously reached me and informed me that the compliance team asked for some details to proceed with your case, of which one of it is your Rollbit username. And you can provide that as you don't know, and you don't have any means of method to retrieve that information.

So I asked Razer for a way to get that info, and he suggested me to suggest you to reach live support inquiring about your Rollbit username, not to address your case. Ask live support for your Rollbit username, and then submit that data alongside with others that requested, as an email reply to the one that's sent by compliance team.

The one handling your case is the compliance team, through aforementioned email address. Not support team, through live chat or the support email.

No, I can't. Risking to sound redundant, I am not in touch with any of Stake's staff, they shut their door on me, but they have someone who sweep this board periodically and report to their own compliance team to handle the matters. And this is not  the thread to ask that.

No, I imagine that'll confuses them and make things worse, as you'll raise multiple complaints to compliance.

I'm about to jump off of a very high cliff, namely nudging Razer although he already told me that it is not needed when players already escalate to compliance, and risk irritating him and make him blocking me from reaching him through direct means of contact, to ask him the status of two cases that's been a while and both are yet to hear from Rollbit.

I was waiting for the second player's email address so I can bring both to Razer's plate simultaneously to minimize the chance of annoying him by nudging him two days in a row, and I've just got the PM with email address in question. I believe I've also already have your email, somewhere in my PM [I'm fully committed  when I said I will not abuse that private info when people gave it to me, I'll just relay the info and erase it from my memory, not even who send me whose email for what case is stored in my brain] I'll bring the three of you altogether.

I suggested them to try to reach back with proof of their withdrawal from binance [thus, deposit to rollbit] that'll explicitly say they didn't know anything about ML activity and it's all binance. I'll suggest you to do the same, and perhaps CC the legal department.

I'll be honest with you that we're shooting in the dark here, it's not a sure fire, but perhaps take a screenshot of it and send to the compliance as a reply, to prove that your deposit to Rollbit were from binance, so you're not involved with the money laundering activity.
