Casino sites usually host games provided by game providers and while some make it eligible for all regions, some do have their own restrictions due to legal and regulatory issues.
Local casinos might not have those restrictions implied to them and would be offering the same game you are restricted to play online.

Could be. Local casinos usually have higher operating costs and that could be a reason why you rarely seem to win there since they would obviously want to cover their costs.

Local casinos means the casinos are licensed in your country and also abide to regulatory rules. All products and services provided by anything local are for the people in such country to use legally. There is no problem to gamble on local casinos and no restrictions. If you aren't offering that same in online casinos then you should know it's about regulation issues, the casino doesn't strictly adhered to your local laws and regulations, whereas it's also offered in the local casinos but those operating their are fully licensed but since the online casino doesn't adhered then there are possibilities of restrictions of people from such geopolitical zone.

Yes. Game providers now offer a sort of RTP range which casinos can choose from. For the same game, casino X can be offering 97% RTP, while casino Y is offering 96%. Both values has to be within the range the game provider made available.Local casinos usually have passed all regulatory requirements and can offer all games to all players. If they ever go international, their payers from other regions will have to be eligible based on international standards.

It's more on the regulation of the online casinos, that's why it's not available in your region as compare to physical games in your country that might have comply to your government so that they can have that slot games available.

On the other hand, I don't know, it seems that I win in local casinos though as compare to online games. Of course we can't check the RTP on local casinos, maybe they will post it or required by your government but we rarely see it. But still though, maybe that is me that I have a good experience in traditional base casino playing slots that local one.

That’s correct and I think during licensing either the game providers or the casino usually have some sort of agreement with the licensing authorities any game that’s not directly licensed by the authorities to the game provider even if the casino where it’s available is licensed in that local citizens from that place won’t be allowed to play the game due to regulatory concern in other for both the casino and the game providers to be on the safer side.

You should be able tobopen the info tab on whatever slot you are playing and see the RTP being offered on that particular slot. You can check it on multiple sites and see if someone is offering a higher or lower RTP to their players.

The only problem is, you probably can’t access them because the crypto casino you’re trying to use doesn’t have a license to operate in your country. It's says "region" for a reason man, doesn't matter whether you're playing online or offline, as long as you're in that country that they don't want to release their game in, then your not playing it. Now  an offline casino MAY have it for some reason but its probably done or contracted on illegally so I wouldn't really recommend playing on them.

If you really want to nitpick RTP, you can try going to testing sites and look for games that they were able to test already. Should have a list of them and just check which ones are available in your chosen casino (or region in general). If you trust the casino themselves they usually have RTP on their info section though.

I had the same problem before and I think it depends on the online casino on what rules they want to implement. If you are using an international online casino then you will probably bump into their restriction but if you are using a local online casino with the same game and provider you will not have any trouble. That was my question few years ago when I played on chips.gg, at that time I could not play some providers such as push gaming in other casinos but I cant play it on chips.
What comes to my mind is that there can be a deal between the casino and the provider, or in other word maybe the casino can ask the provider to remove the restriction for specific countries.
For example, an Asian based casino which targeting Asian players can ask Pragmatic Play to open or remove the restricted countries because as long as I know Pragmatic Play is not accessible in some Asian Countries.
That's the positive thinking side, but for the negative thinking side, maybe the casino do not use the original product from the providers so the restrictions is not applied.

About the RTP on local vs online casinos, we can generalise here if you want but I think that there are still a few exceptions. In some jurisdictions there are strict rules about a minimum percentage of wins when it comes to slots, which may be higher than those offered online. But as expenses online are less I guess that it is easier to offer more competitive RTPs for them than for the land based ones.

Personally, I haven’t done it before but I read somewhere that it’s possible for the casino to request or use providers that provide RTP that Favours them more than their customers - but I don’t think I’ve done comparison before and because of this your post I’ll check the game I’ve played the most in the casino I’m using and compare with one of my local casino and see if there’s any differences.
