I’d like to warn everyone about what seemed to be a very good casino – monkeytilt.com. I created an account some time ago, placed a few bets, and wanted to withdraw my funds – they requested verification. I don’t have a problem with that (although the number of required documents was, to say the least, absurd – ID, PAN Card, driver’s license, a selfie with the ID, and a selfie with the driver’s license). Before I sent the last of the documents, I was informed that my funds had been confiscated due to having multiple accounts – supposedly several accounts linked to the same email address. This explanation is completely unreasonable, as creating multiple accounts with the same email is technically impossible. It seems like a weak excuse to simply steal the money. I’ve received no response for days regarding my request to have my deposit returned. So be careful with them.

Some evidences of my story enclosed. Uploaded emails with MT to the free hosting, hopefully this will work.

Nobody in this forum is going to buy your story without any legitimate proof backing up your statements. Furthermore, your account is brand new which is another reason as to why such proof is required.

Also, it might be possible to have several accounts linked to the same email address using tricks like the '.' and '+' Gmail methods.

What you say about accounts using same email address is normally true. When someone signs up on most sites you usually get an error if an email address is already linked to the site.

With that being said, you made an accusation so the burden of proof is on you my man. Thanks for trying to warn folks, but warning has to have proof attached for anyone to pay attention. No offense to you, that's just how it works around here. You could redact sensitive info.

No one expect you to share your personal details publicly, what you need to provide is the evidences for your allegation against the mentioned casino.
You can simply provide the chat transcription to prove that your claim is real, the chat that shows the statement from them ban your account with the mentioned reason.
It is always appreciated if there is someone who want to give a warning, but it should be done in the best way by providing solid evidences.
They have official ANN thread in this forum so maybe you can bring your issue there, maybe they will come to clarify because they have good reputation here so there is a chance to have a better solution for your issue.

Op it would have been better you used your original account to make the comment so people would look into the issue. I don't know why users here are fun of creating new accounts to accused casinos when they face problems with the casino. And now you came here without evidence. Where do we start from? Your story looks legit but it lacks merit. Before the forum can blame the casino you have to provide some pictorial images to show that what you said is correct. Though nobody with his right sense would come here and starting to accuse a casino, that should be a dangerous thing to do but even if the casino confiscated your account with any reasonable issue, you need to provide some of your evidence like confiscated page, discussion between both of you and amount blocked or frozen. And let the casino name appear on the screenshots. With that at least there some evidences to believe. And I also don't know why casinos are fun of this multiple accounts issue without providing a tangible evidences. Before someone account is confiscated by them at least warn the person and send the connected accounts so the person cannot deny again.

I'm not buying your story unless you provide enough information, OP. You should at least attach the screenshots of conversations you made with the casino. Unless you provide enough evidence there is nothing the community can do for you here. If you don't want to share it publicly, then you can also share it with reputable members of the forum via PM, for example, to holydarkness.

And regarding registering multiple account with the same Gmail, technically it's possible.

Your warning is invalid unless you post proof.  Also as been said that you have so many evidence then better post it here.

For sure you will get the support of people especially if you can prove to us here that Monkeytilt is stealing money from you. But for now don't expect people to believe you since you don't have anything that can support your claims that can verify that you are not creating fake stories here. Anyone can create false claim against them or other casino, what is hard to provide is the proof especially if you are telling a lie, so to avoid getting that impression you better bring those proof before accusing them.

99.99%of cases that involved multiple account violations usually doesn’t resolved here since it’s very hard to provide evidence to justify that have no other account than yours.

In able to provide your innocence, you need to allow the casino to share all their findings including your personal details that connected to other account.

I’m not sure if you will allow such personal info sharing that’s why this case is impossible to solve publicly. Seek help to casinoguru or AG.

We have heard your warning but also share them for evidence purpose in this public places because you didn't pm anyone about the confiscated account but created thread publicly. You are a old member in the forum and you know how things are done so follow the due process. And using one email in different accounts in the same casino is a very big offense. And using different email, the same user and same casino is the biggest offense with punishable.
Op you have to know that nobody in this forum support a casino that is not doing well to the gamblers in the forum and you can see how we attack casinos in the forum in this section of the forum. Either ways we correct the both parties. And the evidence is authentic at the first time when the thread was launched.

I’d like to warn everyone about what seemed to be a very good casino – monkeytilt.com. I created an account some time ago, placed a few bets, and wanted to withdraw my funds – they requested verification. I don’t have a problem with that (although the number of required documents was, to say the least, absurd – ID, PAN Card, driver’s license, a selfie with the ID, and a selfie with the driver’s license). Before I sent the last of the documents, I was informed that my funds had been confiscated due to having multiple accounts – supposedly several accounts linked to the same email address. This explanation is completely unreasonable, as creating multiple accounts with the same email is technically impossible. It seems like a weak excuse to simply steal the money. I’ve received no response for days regarding my request to have my deposit returned. So be careful with them.

The response from one of MonkeyTilt's customer support representatives, Scarlett, regarding the discovery of alternative accounts "linked with the same email" is illogical, as it is not possible to create multiple accounts using the same email. I will invite a representative of this casino here to clarify the matter and see what he has to say.

As you can clearly see everyone will seek for an evidence before jumping to conclusion, why try to warn people against the casino rather why not look for a legit way to get your funds back. MonkeyTilt has a record here where users participated in review etc, during the review forum users deposited while writing a review besides if you encounter any problem you could just visit the support team. I’m convince you don’t want your funds back, well a little screenshot will not cause any harm as you claim, MonkeyTilt just replied your thread and it will be better you dm the account in order to resolve every other issue.

Right, email is required to verify the account first and normally it cannot be used to register for different account if its already exists. I hope MonkeyTilt can explain how is this possible.
