BETFLIP.IO scam (withdrawal not processing)

Greetings to everyone ,

What happened :

So ,after having waited for 2weeks now and not getting anywhere talking to Betflip.io 's robotic livechat that is copy-pasting one response after another , I decided to let the the gambling community here know about my experience with them.
All in all is a very simple experience , I deposited around 500usd via Crypto , lost all on BlackJack , then deposited another 500usd around via crypto , made 4 bets in 3 days , won 3 of them , lost 1 of them , got limited to 48usd maxbet stake then requested a withdraw via ETH (same currency as I had deposited via)

They requested KYC documents (my driver's license , selfie with this document , and proof of address-bank statement in my case- which I sent in the same day as I was requested and they all got approved as you will see on the screenshots I will be uploading.
As soon as I sent my document , I requested a small withdrawal of 500 which was REJECTED (I suppose because I wasn't verified already which makes sense).
After them approving my documents , I requested another withdraw of 1000euros (the maximum amount per transaction allowed by their system) , and I was told to have to wait for 2business days for it to process.
I did and to my surprise on the second business day it got REJECTED without an informing email about it sent to me by them , or any reasoning behind this rejection.
I asked their live-support and the first agent gave me robotic answers to send an email about the rejection which I did and still haven't received any response by them 5business days later.
Another agent told me that "It got rejected by the system automatically because there was a big volume of requests".
I requested yet another one and it got rejected again after 2days had passed.
Talking with their live-chat support (since they do not respond to any of my emails) they keep giving my the same generic answers that "your withdraw will be processed ASAP" and that "there were a lot of requests so it got declined"
The latest agent told me that it will "processed within the next 3hours" today too by the way because before there were " a high volume of requests" and to my surprise(not) again I received 0 funds.

I don't know if they have a thread here but I tried this casino after seeing their high rating on trustpilot so it's quite crazy to me that would scam anyway this blatantly.

In any case I am doing this to warn other bettors to avoid them if they are thinking of giving them a try.

It seems like you’ve just encountered a typical scamming site - I did a little research on the site and from what I saw “betflip” is well known for his scamming nature; 99% of the complaints that I saw was about them not allowing their customers to withdraw their money from their site even after they passed KYC verification process.

Even casinoguru rating showed that the site isn’t something we should even be close to at all - They had a 1.9/10 ratings that is the worst rating I have seen so far.



Again, I don’t think they have an announcement thread here or any representative, so there’s nothing that can be done to help you get your money out of the site - I’ll suggest you contact casinoguru and let them know about your issue.

You can visit casino.guru and verify whether the two are the same casino. casino.guru might have different criteria compared to other review websites. also, the way the casino reacts to complaints and the casino not having a license might have affected their rating, as you can see on the screenshot Cantsay shared casino.guru has a "Warning: No Reaction Policy for complaints" and "Important: Casino operates without a license" on the review page of betflip.io

Yes, the betflip in the image above and the one you’re referring to are the same. You can check it yourself here^[1]

All I can do at this point is warn the next gamblers to not deposit and use that site.

It’s also worth mentioning that if you’re using other sites that are not popular to gamble, now is the best time to switch to a more reputable one and Bitcointalk has lots of reputable sites with very active representatives who are ready to help resolve issues that might arise - just navigate and select one that best suites you.

I asked him because I obviously couldn't find this in the casinoguru site since it redirects to me to a version of the site that only shows the local bookmakers that are active in my country and not international ones like betflip.

I would love to use the "mainstream" casinos here but most are only slots casinos and the ones that aren't have also very scammy providers like BetBy which voids winnings bets , blocks accounts , etc anytime they like.
But I will always keep looking since this community is rapidly growing.

Yeah, the thing with casino.guru is, their review is their own, the ratings they give do not really rely on feedback gamblers give, so it is not that surprising that the rating betflip.io has on these two websites are very different.

Anyway, I do hope your issue gets resolved in the end.

The reason why you see Scammers or sites that scam people with high ratings on TrustPilot is because most of those sites buy the positive reviews - you know TrustPilot doesn’t regulate the Reviews  on their site so it’s very easy for a shady site to still have decent ratings.

Whenever I want to make use of TrustPilot I usually don’t pay attention to the positive reviews - I’d just focus on the negative because the chance of that review being a paid review is extremely low compared to positive reviews.

As a rule of thumb, don’t trust everything you read on the internet, especially on review websites.

The rating on many of those unreliable websites can be easily manipulated by posting as many fake reviews as possible.
However, you can easily spot the fake ones as they are usually one liners. Also, the fake/paid reviewers always make one or two reviews in total, meaning they are not real gamblers or are not genuinely interested in sharing their experiences with different casinos, if they have any.

On the other hand, real and honest reviews, which are all negative in the case of this casino, are more detailed and come from users who have rated multiple casinos.

I didn't make my post in order to find a representative here working in that casino to get my money.

I made the post to raise awareness to the betting community about a casino that has high rating in some other betting sites that people see when they are considering registering and depositing in the casino (aka trustpilot in this case) ,just like it happened to be watching 4.2/5 rating.

Also about casinopunkz.io I am not interested in slots.
I mainly use the casinos for betting and a little bit of live casino game.

Oh ok. I guess you choose to use the casino based on it high rating while having a high rating of a casino gambling reviewing website does not justify the casino's genuine model of service because most of the reviews are paid services, and the best way to know about the genuine rating of a casino is through a gambling platform like this forum, Askgamblers, Casinoguru, etc. Any platform aside from that ar mostly a paid service.

Also about casinopunkz.io I am not interested in slots.
I mainly use the casinos for betting and a little bit of live casino game.
