Somehow sure we need a broader context than this ultra short... complaint, with barely any details. I can't get much info, really. Like how long have you been with BC? What game did you play? What did you do before the KYC being triggered? Any details will help. You happen to know your UID? That'll be a start.

You should blur out your email from the screenshot as that can expose you to phishing mails.

Also provide some more info. With how your thread is phrased, it suggests that you did not stake any part of your withdrawal, but I do not think I have seen such a situation, you usually have to play for a bit before you encounter such issues.

Did you have any part of your deposit remaining before the account was locked? What was your balance at this time?
