Bonjour,

Je sollicite votre expertise concernant des problèmes rencontrés avec mon Antminer S19j Pro, à la suite de l’installation, puis de la tentative de réinstallation du firmware Vanish.
Veuillez trouver ci-dessous un compte-rendu détaillé de la situation :

🔍 Informations sur l’appareil :
Modèle : Antminer S19j Pro

Firmware initialement installé : Vanish

📅 Historique et description des problèmes :
1. Fonctionnement initial :
Le mineur a fonctionné normalement avec le firmware Vanish pendant environ cinq semaines.

2. Problème rencontré :
Le message “DevFee Online” est apparu à l’écran du mineur.

3. Tentatives de résolution :
J’ai désinstallé le firmware Vanish à l’aide du Vnish Toolkit.

J’ai ensuite tenté de le réinstaller immédiatement, toujours via le Toolkit.

Lors de la réinstallation, un message d’erreur est apparu, empêchant l'instalation du firmware

4. État actuel de l’appareil :
Depuis ces opérations :

Le voyant LED rouge reste allumé en continu

Les ventilateurs tournent à pleine vitesse

J’ai toujours accès à l’interface Bitmain via IP

Cependant, le hashrate est absent

🛠️ Actions déjà entreprises :
Redémarrage du mineur

Réinitialisation aux paramètres d’usine

Réinstallation du firmware via le Vnish Toolkit (avec erreur) donc impossible

Vérification des connexions physiques (hashboards et carte de contrôle)

Inspection visuelle des hashboards (aucun dommage apparent)

Vérification de l’alimentation (tension stable et suffisante)

🧩 Informations complémentaires :
Aucune modification matérielle n’a été effectuée sur le mineur

Les problèmes sont apparus après la désinstallation du firmware Vanish et les tentatives de réinstallation

Je serais très reconnaissant si vous pouviez m’apporter vos conseils ou une solution afin de rétablir le bon fonctionnement de mon mineur. soucis aussi avec un antminer xp affichant des erreur eeprom, même comportement que le s19jpro ventilateur qui tourne a fond et aucune donnée sur l'interface bitmain, sauf les boards qui sont détécté. j'ai tenter une reinitialisation via carte sd mais rien n'y fait... et pas possible de réinitialiser le S19jpro via sd car il ne dispose que d'un port uart.

Sans avoir accès aux logs ça va être impossible de t'apporter de l'aide.

Essaie de nous les coller ici, tu peux utilise la balise "code" pour que cela soit facilement lisible.
Laisse l’ASIC tourner au moins 20-25 minutes avant de les copier, sinon ça ne servira à rien.

As-tu mélangé des hashboards avec différents numéros de série dans ton S19?
C'est en général ce qui donne les erreurs de type "EEPROM error: CRC 1ST REGION".

As-tu essayé de démarrer ton ASIC avec une seule hashboard à la fois pour tenter d'isoler celle qui te donne ces problèmes ?

Une fois que tu l'auras isolée, tu pourras réparer ou faire réparer le bord défectueuse. C'est pas trop difficile, et si tu te sens capable de le faire, ça peut se faire avec un peu d'équipement (tu trouveras toutes les explications nécessaires sur le site de ZeusMining en tapant "EEPROM error" ou quelque chose comme ça).

c'est bon ! tu avais raison ! c'est la board numéro 1 qui faisait défaut car quand je la branche impossible de trouver l'asic via la toolbox brain os mais pour le savoir j'ai du utiliser braiiin os car sur le bios de bitmain impossible de faire quoi que ce sois ! merci à toi, et pour ce qui est du s19XP je l'ai aussi mis sur brain os et le message d'erreur qui s'affiche est : PSU initialization: I2C write {{ERR:P3}}: I2C: no ACK received P3   
Communication with PSU failed (I2C write)   Check the cable connecting the PSU with the control board or replace the PSU
et ce message d'erreur s'affiche toute les minutes environs, et au niveau du comportement du mineur il tourne lentement puis tourne a fond comme si elle essayais d'initialiser une procédure sans que cela fonctionne. et il fait ca en boucle j'ai donc nettoyer le psu. merci par avance de ton retour.

Intéressant.. C'est étonnant de voir un message si différent avec un simple changement de firmware. (d'ailleurs le temps de débug, je te conseille de rester avec Braiinos, c'est le plus simple pour bricoler un S19 (même si c'est subjectif..)).

1. As-tu une autre alim pour tester ? Une autre control board ?
2. Est-ce que ton S19XP tourne bien avec toutes les hashboards sauf la #1 ?

Le fait que tu aies ce message après le premier, qu'une board pose problème, et qu'apparemment l'alim aussi, semble indiquer une control board potentiellement défectueuse. Si tu as un deuxième ASIC à portée de main, je te conseillerai de tenter de swap la control board juste pour vérifier si ça donne les mêmes erreurs...
