I think in this opinions to choose a bonus, the last option of " I do not want a welcome bonus" is just an additional option which might not really necessary because I don't think anyone will choose that option.
And another thing I also discovered in the above image. The column for 500%  up to N8,04 M from N64,28.44  deposit and for the 200% up to N5.65 M from N8035.54 deposit. If really that is current then everyone will go for the option one which is the 500% because the deposit is less and the bonus is bigger.
