Depends on what AI we are talking about.

I don't think there will be lots of correlations between the two, at least in the upcoming years.

Without AI, bitcoin will be like the way it is now because bitcoin does not need AI to make people adopt it. What people need are device like phone or laptop and having knowledge about what bitcoin is. These two things are enough and the reason for the adoption. If AI extinct today, bitcoin adoption will continue.

this thread?

AI might very well be used in the future to halp with coding and developments
on the Bitcoin network but that doesnt affect peoples opinion and sentiment of
Bitcoin itself.

I could see venture capital flowing into AI endeavours over crypto-related ones (miners, exchanges, alts) but if anything that market is already oversaturated anyway and dependent on Bitcoin's popularity rather than the other way round. Apart from that I'm not sure where a correlation would lie.

This user very often has questions that do not make any sense. He creates a topic just for the sake of creating it and rarely answers, so we should not hope that he will now provide us with plans for popularizing Bitcoin, at least from his point of view related to AI. The world is now so filled with this AI product, performing many functions for a person, that perhaps some people take the capabilities of AI as some kind of omnipotent tool.

AI and bitcoin are going to have synergistic effects, they are going to reinforce each other. The difference is that AI already seems to investors (most of them) today as a good idea, while there are still many traditional investors who do not trust bitcoin.

But AI+Bitcoin is the future, and partly the present.

I can't find a way that AI would affect bitcoin. AI is a tool that is used in different industries. Even in crypto as well. Maybe you should have been more specific what kind of AI technology are you talking about. Do you mean AI cryptocurrencies or AI like ChatGPT?

Maybe directly, no. If AI as a tool somehow affect the economy whether positively or negatively then it could possibly affect bitcoin as well. This is why it is necessary that you specify what kind of AI tech you are talking about so that we can answer your question.

There's no correlation between the two. AI is a separate technology for a different purpose. That doesn't mean that one can't help the other or that they don't intersect/their intersection won't continue to grow over time, but one will not replace the other. Bitcoin is a peer to peer cash technology, while AI is an autonomous thinking engine.

They are in different fields, so no relationship between them to me unless someone can point one out. Artificial Intelligence can help in automating payment systems where bitcoin is in use, but a direct effect in terms of pushing popularity, I wonder how that will happen.

AI is the current age technology which would be improved upon, so there is no way it will not affect Bitcoin positively, because many of the companies dealing with Bitcoin will integrate it with AI, so that is a plus. And if the development continues to be positive, more transactions will happen in Bitcoin. Again, in trading and investment, AI is being used and being improved upon. If in the end, a good and trusted one is developed that is making people make a stable income no matter how little, I am sure that it will be a driving force for Bitcoin's adoption.

As for the negative effect, AI will hack Bitcoin successfully one day...hahaha

Quantums are the way, though, clearly, by the time that would happen, BTC would be quantum-proof (I hope so).
