I registered an account on Evo.io just over an hour ago and completed KYC successfully.
I deposited 24.3 USDT via BSC, but the funds never showed up in my account.

I contacted support, and they told me to wait 30 minutes.
Now it's been over an hour, and still nothing.
Support has stopped replying.

I have sent my contact a message to look into this for you. They likely won't be available for 8-10 hours(sleeping most likely) but hopefully you get an answer later this evening. I seriously doubt they are screwing you out of $24.

Looks like a general problem? Technical in nature, perhaps.

I have seen another user having a similar complaint of their account not getting credited. Maybe give them a few more hours to sort out the issue as advised. The service has a strong presence here, and they run an advertising service, so It will be in their best interest to address this issue as soon as possible. Let's hope all goes well.

Good day all, as you all know, we have been pretty frank and always up front with you lot.

At the moment, after our wallet provider upgraded their system 2 weeks ago, we started seeing "missing" deposits. However, all funds are SAFU! The wallet provider's system fails to update us on player balance. We started seeing this issue more rampant in the last 3 days. As such it is understandable that players would accuse us of being a scam. I would too if my deposits aren't being synced properly after a couple of hours of waiting.

We are working closely with the provider and hope to have it fixed in the next 24-48 hours. However, this experience has left us with a bitter taste in the mouth, and we are unsure if their promises carry any weight anymore. We have started speaking with other providers and hope to bring a backup early next month!
