This place is completely a scam. They give bonus to peple to write good reviews in trustpilot. Please, dont deposit there. Stay away. Same with betonred they are the same. I have money there too, and i lost.

Just curious, what did they say when you informed them that you are unable to provide proof of income since you do not work? To be honest, I am curious too what alternative they'll ask if someone is unable to provide proof of income because they don't work.

Don't you think this thread would have been best on the scam accusations board, if that is what you're trying to proof here that you're being cheated by them.

Also, as you already have been told, they are not represented on this forum, all you could do for now is in getting across to their support team to help you out in any way, but before then, you need to comply to their request.

I have not seen that casino perform any activities in this forum, not even their ANN thread is on this forum unless I missed it. If actually they don't have presence here, I don't know how we can help with your situation because if they had ANN thread here, it would have been easier for you to raise your concern there and probably get a response from one of their representative.

You can move your post to scam accusation board and add more evidence to your post like link to screenshot of their response, your deposit and winning and any other thing that will convince people that you are not just cooking up stories.

You have to show something that you have an account here that you deposit money, all your accusation is not valid if you cannot back it up, what if you are just extorting money from the casino.
I have seen gamblers after losing money they write bad reviews and asking them to return their deposits.
They don't have an announcement so for now no one will answer your accusation until they read this accusation, so did you send this thread the admins of bdmbet?

Yes, i send the link to the admins of bdmet and you are right i had to made a research before deposit. I only look in trustpilot (they have 3.3k reviews with 4.5 average) but obviously that reviews are false. A small bookie can not have so many reviews. Was my mistake.

Giving bonuses for fake positive reviews on Trustpilot? What a sketchy marketing tactic. Those fake reviews must be reported and Trustpilot has to remove them, but I don't think that this is going to happen. OP, you must be careful with sending ID and selfie to such small and unknown casinos/bookmakers. You don't know what they could do with your sensitive personal data.
