What happened:
As soon as I noticed all of their product pages came with one of those fake "live viewer counters and sold item counters [archive of the same product]", I knew it was one of those fake platforms, so I did some digging and found the following things:

Scammers Profile Link:
CryptoLuxuryStore

Reference Link:
Crypto Luxury Store | Shop With Crypto 🛍️ [archived]

Additional Notes:
- I do know there's a registration number at the footer area [12914264] and their "previous domain" also had one [14303067], but such things only give you false sense of security!

Nice catch.

This member created his account today just to promote this scam store, which has been around for nearly a year. That "10% discount code" is clearly a tactic to lure people into buying. It's obvious they're creating many of these stores just to scam people. I’ve seen comments from people saying that this store belongs to spendabit[.]co, where they lost their money through them.

I supported the flag and tagged his account.

Thanks for being on the Lookout @SFR10
Flag supported and the negative feedback sent. I just checked out their platform and most of what they say is not true. Everything just smells scam. Hopefully, anyone who cares about doing some due diligence will land on this thread,

this is their real Trustpilot profile. Only 3 reviews, of which all are negative  Grin : https://www.trustpilot.com/review/crypto-luxury.io

Let’s be clear — what you’ve done is make assumptions based on surface-level observations without any actual interaction or verification. You’ve chosen to label an entire business as a “scam” based on your own bias, not facts.

Live Counters & Promotions: Tools like live counters or limited-time discounts are standard eCommerce practices — used by brands from Amazon to Shopify sellers. Using urgency tactics doesn’t make a store fake. It makes it competitive.

Trustpilot Reviews: The fact that you only looked at one review site — and even that selectively — shows confirmation bias. You ignored customer satisfaction, order fulfillment, or delivery history. Real research involves checking a full spectrum of user experience, not cherry-picking what suits your narrative.

Archived Domains: Businesses often switch domains or branding for many reasons — scaling, rebranding, or SEO improvements. The presence of a former domain is not proof of deception. Your so-called "exposé" is just speculation framed as fact.

Registration Number: You admit the company has valid registration numbers — yet still call it a “false sense of security.” That just exposes your intent: to discredit, not understand. If official records don’t matter to you, then you’re clearly not interested in objectivity.

Frankly, tagging and flagging businesses without proof is irresponsible. Instead of making baseless accusations, maybe do what a responsible person would do: reach out, ask questions, and assess service based on actual experience — not speculation.

You're not exposing anyone. You're just showing how quick you are to judge what you don’t fully understand.

Let’s get something straight — the only thing “obvious” here is the groupthink and rush to judgment happening in this thread. You’re not uncovering a scam; you’re just echoing each other’s unfounded assumptions without a single verified transaction or personal experience to back it up.

New Account = Promotion?
So someone creating an account to advertise and to respond to false accusations automatically means they're a scammer? That logic is flawed. People join forums all the time to defend their work when targeted unfairly — especially when a small group decides to act like judge, jury & executioner.

Discounts = Scam?
Claiming a 10% discount is a scam tactic is laughable. It’s called marketing — a common practice used by legitimate businesses worldwide. If you think offering incentives is proof of fraud, then I suggest avoiding every online store that runs a promo — which is basically all of them.

Trustpilot = Whole Truth?
You rely on 3 negative reviews and ignore the context? New platforms often get review-bombed by people with zero proof of purchase. No real buyer testimony, no order IDs, just rage reviews. Meanwhile, you refuse to acknowledge official registration numbers, business transparency, or actual operational time. Biased much?

Spendabit Allegations?
Alleged "comments" with no receipts or verification mean nothing. Anyone can say anything online — doesn’t make it true. If money was really lost, where’s the blockchain evidence? Where are chargeback records or legal complaints? No proof = no credibility.

Flags & Tags?
Let’s not pretend that forum flags are proof of anything. Tagging an account based on speculation just shows how quick some of you are to draw conclusions before facts. That says more about your process than about the business in question.

If anyone here actually cared about due diligence, they’d look past rumors, do a real transaction, verify the experience, and then speak. Until then, all I see is people more interested in playing detective than being accurate.

You’re not protecting the community. You’re just spreading noise.

@albon and @Bitcoin_Arena: Thank you guys for the support and tags Smiley

Trustpilot Reviews: The fact that you only looked at one review site — and even that selectively — shows confirmation bias. You ignored customer satisfaction, order fulfillment, or delivery history. Real research involves checking a full spectrum of user experience, not cherry-picking what suits your narrative.
I never said I only checked one review site, but it doesn't matter since your platform isn't that popular, like how you're claiming to have "13,798 reviews on Trustpilot", so let's not pretend we're missing a lot of things!
- Feel free to prove us wrong by pointing to where the "4.8-star ratings" can be found Roll Eyes

Registration Number: You admit the company has valid registration numbers — yet still call it a “false sense of security.” That just exposes your intent: to discredit, not understand. If official records don’t matter to you, then you’re clearly not interested in objectivity.
I've seen enough scammers to know registration numbers can be faked [e.g. fake documents to impersonate a legit business], so that so-called official records mean little to nothing!

Discounts = Scam?
Claiming a 10% discount is a scam tactic is laughable. It’s called marketing — a common practice used by legitimate businesses worldwide. If you think offering incentives is proof of fraud, then I suggest avoiding every online store that runs a promo — which is basically all of them.
Offering discounts isn't the issue; the manner in which you're offering it is [for today's orders]!

1. Registration Numbers & Objectivity

You say registration numbers can be faked, but offer zero proof that’s the case here. That’s a serious accusation, and making it without evidence is irresponsible. If you want to dismiss official business registration as “a false sense of security,” you’re basically saying all legitimate companies are vulnerable to the same doubt — which is nonsense.

If you truly cared about objectivity, you’d acknowledge that registration numbers provide at least some verified foundation, rather than flatly dismissing them based on anecdotal “I’ve seen scammers before” experiences.

2. Discount Offers & Tactics

Finally, you admit offering discounts isn’t the problem — it’s the way they’re offered “for today only.” But that’s just standard marketing psychology used by everyone from local shops to global eCommerce giants.

If limited-time offers or countdowns are your criteria for scams, then you might want to reconsider every single online store you’ve ever used — because urgency is a universal strategy, not a red flag.

Bottom line?
You’re weaving together pieces of selective evidence and suspicion to build a narrative. But skepticism without proof isn’t truth — it’s just noise.

If you want to challenge the legitimacy here, show us concrete facts: verified unhappy customers, legitimate complaints, or legal actions. Otherwise, you’re just speculating and dragging others into your assumptions.

I’ve already sent screenshots from Trustpilot highlighting the 3 negative reviews you keep mentioning. Interestingly, two of those were posted by the same individual using different accounts—clearly trying to amplify negative feedback unfairly. The third complaint claims a “wrong wallet” was used, but the wallet address is shown clearly on the checkout page and is not sent by us manually. Most importantly, each of these reviewers has only ever left that single review and nothing else, meaning they likely created new accounts solely to target us with negative feedback rather than providing genuine, ongoing user experiences.

https://ibb.co/h1JM2gQx

If you’re going to come armed with nothing but recycled fake reviews, wild accusations, and zero proof, don’t expect me to take your noise seriously. Facts don’t fear scrutiny — but rumors and assumptions collapse under it. So either bring real evidence, or save us all the time and stop pretending you have a case.

But as Jordan Belfort’s first wife reminded him when he appeared on Forbes, ‘Even bad publicity is still publicity’ — showing that any kind of attention, no matter how controversial, can fuel success, because sometimes the loudest noise is what powers success.

Pretty sure they will scam us, though I don't have any proven scam accusations. The flags are reasonable, and I supported it. Left negative feedback as well to warn our community. At least our forum users should stay away from them. Never mind if he promotes that service on other platforms; we can't prevent them. We can't let you get advantage of doubts.

But as Jordan Belfort’s first wife reminded him when he appeared on Forbes, ‘Even bad publicity is still publicity’ — showing that any kind of attention, no matter how controversial, can fuel success, because sometimes the loudest noise is what powers success.
Lying isn't a good thing always. You can build from zero; for that lie isn't necessary, actually. If you want to draw attention from users, there are a lot of ways. Why not just hire a marketing specialist? So he will help you to learn how to draw attention without lying and making fake promises? I don't trust any online reviews that can be manipulated. But your laying raised some concern that drive to create flags.

there is no way this is not a scam, way too many red flags.
cheap looking for a "luxury" website, offering many high end products (even big name retailers don't have all that), fake reviews, fake sold counters, botted instagram page...

and the fact that he is here trying to defend himself with AI garbage posts just makes it more obv.
flag supported.

But as Jordan Belfort’s first wife reminded him when he appeared on Forbes, ‘Even bad publicity is still publicity’ — showing that any kind of attention, no matter how controversial, can fuel success, because sometimes the loudest noise is what powers success.
lol, dropping the name of a convicted fraudster like Jordan Belfort to defend yourself is next level stupidity.
and no, bad publicity doesn't fuel success, the AI you are using is hallucinating.

Thank you for sharing your concerns — I respect your caution and the importance of protecting your community.

However, I want to clarify that I am an affiliate, not a representative or employee of the company. I earn a percentage based solely on sales generated through my referrals. My goal is to promote products I believe in, and I have no control over the company’s internal operations or policies.

It’s important to distinguish between suspicion and verified facts. Every claim of wrongdoing should be supported by clear evidence, not assumptions or unproven accusations. I welcome objective feedback and constructive criticism but reject baseless flags that can unfairly damage reputations.

Regarding marketing, yes, there are many ethical ways to build awareness. We all benefit from honest communication, and I only promote what I trust. If there are concerns about specific reviews or promotions, I encourage open dialogue rather than assumptions.

Trust is earned over time through consistent service and transparency, not shortcuts or manipulation. I remain committed to promoting products responsibly and hope the company will continue to prove its legitimacy through actions, not just words.

If calling well-researched, clear responses “AI garbage” is your way to dismiss facts, that just shows you have nothing real to add.

This isn’t about hype or cheap insults — it’s about transparency, proof, and letting the community decide based on facts, not baseless accusations.

Calling Jordan Belfort’s quote “defense” is a reach — it’s simply a reminder that controversy can bring attention, whether you like it or not. But what really matters here are verifiable details, not your assumptions or cheap shots.

If you want to keep flagging without evidence, go ahead — but it won’t change the facts. The community deserves better than noise and rumors.

While we appreciate vigilance within the crypto community, it’s clear from the start that many accusations here are driven by bias and assumptions rather than facts. Those “multiple red flags” you mention are often just standard eCommerce marketing tactics misinterpreted to fit a predetermined narrative of distrust.

You accuse us of using fake counters and reviews — yet your own so-called “investigation” is riddled with confirmation bias, relying on selective negative reviews from newly created accounts with no verified transactions. Meanwhile, you conveniently ignore that registration details exist, and no legal or customer service complaints have been proven with real evidence.

Your rush to judgment damages genuine businesses trying to innovate in a complex space. Instead of constructive critique, you choose to spread fear with speculation, ironically engaging in the very manipulation you claim to expose.

If you truly cared about protecting this community, you’d base your warnings on verifiable facts — not on hearsay, recycled complaints.

In the end, your “exposé” does more harm to honest entrepreneurs than it does to any supposed scam. We welcome transparency and will continue to serve customers with integrity. Your baseless attacks only reveal a lack of understanding and a readiness to tarnish reputations without cause.

You started by shouting “many red flags,” but now only one remains—and even that one crumbles under the weight of facts. If your intention was to help, you’d focus on truth instead of clinging to empty accusations that only undermine your credibility.

Funny how you call out our “red flags” when your own website you’re promoting, Duelbits, is flooded with complaints and warnings on Trustpilot. Maybe before pointing fingers, you should take a closer look at the shady casino betting sites you own— sites with verified negative reviews, unresolved issues, and a track record far less transparent than ours.

If you want to be credible in calling out “scams,” start with your own backyard. Otherwise, your hypocrisy is on full display.

You’ve been quick to highlight supposed “red flags” on others, but let’s turn the spotlight back on the very websites you promote and own— like BetFury and BC.Game. If you’re going to talk about integrity and fake reviews, why ignore the glaring issues on their Trustpilot pages?

Both BetFury and BC.Game show suspicious patterns: overwhelmingly perfect 5-star reviews coming from new, unverified accounts, which raises serious questions about the authenticity of those ratings. Meanwhile, genuine users have shared detailed complaints exposing major problems — locked percentages where winnings disappear, deposits that never reflect, withdrawals denied or delayed indefinitely, and poor or nonexistent customer support.

Here are just a few examples of what real customers have reported on BetFury:

Users complain about the system “locking” their winning percentages and denying withdrawals.

Others report the platform is full of bugs, lags, and possible manipulation aimed at taking players’ funds.

There are multiple accusations of scam-like behavior, with one user claiming they lost over $22,000 because the site controls game timing and updates to prevent winning.

Complaints about terrible coordination and failure to resolve payment issues pile up, and the company’s “responses” often ask for proof but do nothing meaningful to fix the problems.

BC.Game’s Trustpilot reviews are just as concerning, with dozens of users reporting similar issues — fake glowing reviews paired with real complaints about withheld payouts, account freezes, and lack of transparency. This is not the behavior of a trustworthy company, yet you stand behind them without hesitation.

If your goal is truly to protect the community from scams, then you need to start with honest scrutiny of the platforms you promote and own. Ignoring or whitewashing their problems while attacking others reeks of double standards and agenda-driven accusations.

Instead of wasting energy on baseless attacks and unfounded conspiracy theories, focus on the facts. Real transparency means holding everyone accountable — including your own endorsed sites.

Until you do that, your warnings about “red flags” come across as projection or hypocrisy rather than genuine concern. So maybe take a moment, do your own research, and clean up your own backyard before pointing fingers elsewhere.
