Apparently, the government has granted licenses to these centers, which has helped them a lot in fraud and gaining the trust of customers, but personally, I would prefer to stay away from any project that gives you guaranteed profits, no matter how low the promises are (not to mention 100% profits).

With the current Adminstration now I doubt this has been checked carefully. Politicians can be bought in the Philippines as long as they pay good amount money on their pocket. Dont know whose fault this has pushed through but definitely fishy. Crypto is being used for scam nowadays so its not shocking that modus like this resurface.

All Ponzi schemes and MLM schemes shifted to cryptocurrency, which makes it easy to send and hard to trace. Ponzi schemes and MLM are cash cows of scammers; they will not stop doing what they do best as long as there are willing victims who are greedy for profit.

Many vloggers have downloaded the video and made money by creating a short video and uploading it to TikTok and Facebook Reels. Those scammers are exposed and will become internet memes and be part of online archives for a long time.

TBH, what I said is a bit of discrimination towards other honest Indian people out there, but the problem is, most of these are potential scams, so I'm saying just for awareness and... maybe for the sake of safety of other people especially newbies out there. The picture made my day though.

I've already watched this video too. We also can't really blame the Philippine authorities for not conducting operation or arresting them right away because we have what's called due process. They can't just rely on what they see online they need to conduct their own investigation, of course.
Just like in India, if no one is reporting it, our police here in the Philippines won’t take action either.

Our authorities already took action with this one, and put their hub on close, but on the other hand, I wonder if those perpetrators already got caught or they're still free and just transferred their location only. The problem with the "due process" is that, if you want to put these people in jail, you need to go there in person and be a state witness. The problem is that, the one who uploaded the video and saw what really happened isn't from PH, and that's a problem if we want to put these people on jail as well.

I don't think that nobody's reporting it whether it's from PH or IN. There might be some that are reporting, but because nobody from both countries want to go to the court and testify, the ending is that, nobody will go to jail.
