I was in an organization in my first job and I was able to work there for only a few days. The situation there was such that they only made me work a lot but at the time of weekly salary they refused to pay it and paid it in small amounts and kept me waiting for more time to pay the salary later. This was the case with many other people like me but I was forced to work with low income salary to meet the daily needs of the family. If they had paid the salary on time, the productivity of that organization would have increased.

Keeping the workers in peace mentally is very important for increasing the productivity of any organization. In my next job that situation has changed and I can complete all the activities with joy. Salary and peace of mind along with working regularly.

It's really disappointing and frustrating when some bosses overlook the daily efforts their staff pull up to the keep the organization running smoothly .
There was this company I worked with. The Boss never really offered any praise for our work. Instead, he is much more focused on finding mistakes form us, which  created a bit of tense atmosphere.
I sometimes wondered if he saw recognition as a sign of weakness rather than an opportunity to motivate us.
