ever feel super motivated to study, but still end up putting it off or losing focus after a few days?

same here. it’s tough to stay consistent, even when you want to. what’s been helping me lately is using a focus timer (like pomodoro), and adding some fun stuff like points and goals.

i found this site where you can track your study time, earn xp, set goals, and study with friends. there's a weekly dashboard too, so you can see how you're doing. the little bit of competition actually keeps me going.

if that sounds like something you’d try, i’ve been using academync.com. pretty cool if you want to build study habits or stay on track with friends.

Thanks for sharing this! I’m curious—what’s your favorite feature on academync.com? The XP system sounds like a game-changer.

setup a daily tasks, workout and use pushups as motivaters, everytime you get a feeling that you probably dont want like: tired, lust, no motive. Just don't think and do 50 pushups you will feel like superman + get in shape
