On the go, all we strives for while invested on bitcoin is to provide or secure funds that we could use to solve our daily life needs. Right?

I don't wish for global economy to experience recession because it might affect the price of Bitcoin negatively. Bitcoin have not been widely seen as a safe haven asset by many investors. Current events have shown that a stable economy in some top economies favours the crypto market.

You cannot save the world. Everyone is seeking for means to shield their finances from the effect of inflation. You cannot force people to invest in Bitcoin to everyone will make decisions and bear the consequences.

Bitcoin is not the only viable investment. There was a report that cocoa was more profitable than Bitcoin last year. Don't box yourself inside the crypto industry, investors are making money outside it. Nobody is forcing anyone to invest; it's a choice.

So if you ask me whether to choose Bitcoin or stocks, I’d definitely pick Bitcoin for its transparency. Sure, the market might appear manipulated at times, but at least everything is out in the open.

Its fundamentals are simple: when demand rises, the price goes up, and the supply is fixed. You can’t say the same for the fiat system or even stocks, for that matter. I don't know the bitcoin investors who told you this, but it is not true, a lot of bitcoin investors are holding equities in a lot of companies, how could they wish for a stock market crash and liquidation.

Nobody is forcing anyone to hodl bitcoin, neither is bitcoin a solution to economic problems around the world. The people who use bitcoin identify its benefits, such as it being a hedge against inflation, decentralized, etc, but we are not stupid to believe that it solves the economic problems we face in our respective countries.

Be careful  to wish something, if stock market get hit by recession, it mean the whole economy in your country are decline too. Yeah this doesn't affect Bitcoin because it's owned by global, instead of only by local citizen.

Let's image if stock market turned chaotic, they high likely will choose to invest in gold instead of Bitcoin. So, if you want to make people invest in Bitcoin, gold market should turn chaotic too which is hard.

Take an exchange of bitcoin to fiat that has lost it value due to over printing of money for instance, it always results to economy porousness. Devaluing the fiats and paying for goods or services may require a lot more of money to be equivalent with the rate of what you're paying for due to recession which means we're all spending more than it should be if the economy was stable and the stock market be in the posture of accommodating every classes of persons.

So if I may borrow pooya87 term, I'll say bitcoin enthusiasts on that mentality that the fiat should be devalued and the stock should crumble just for the bitcoin market to gain more dominance for their self interests are really craving for difficulties that'd disorganize the sustainability of the economy we all lives in.

Investing in the stock market is a very difficult task because there are different types of companies and not all companies can do well and once you invest here, selling those shares is a bit of a hassle but in the case of Bitcoin we can buy it immediately and if we want we can sell it immediately and all this can be done without any kind of authorization and Bitcoin is completely under our own control. And on the other hand, you can make more profit from Bitcoin than the stock market in a relatively short time. So I will always prefer Bitcoin because I am sure that the future of Bitcoin is very good but I can never be sure how much potential a company can have for the future and what their share price can be. Yes, many people can make a lot of profit from the stock market, but I don't have much experience with the stock market, so I would prefer Bitcoin.

The greatest appeal of bitcoin from the position of an ordinary user is that can invest any amount in bitcoin (at least a couple of bucks, at least a lot more), at any time without any intermediaries (in the form of brokers). But I believe that this opportunity will gradually be limited and in the future it will remain possible to buy bitcoin only from licensed brokers (as in the securities market).

But the expectations of BTC-investors will not be justified, because the problems in the traditional securities market will certainly spread to the cryptocurrency market. That is, the recession will affect bitcoin in the same way. The global financial system is interconnected and the problems in the economy will not be only local in nature. One way or another, it will affect the whole world, as was the case in the 2008 crisis, for example. Therefore, in the event of a recession in the securities market, investors will not have enough money to invest in btc (and probably will not want to at that time).

There is a reason why bitcoin is one of the best and probably most people are starting to switch to bitcoin investment. This shows at the hedging stage and I think everyone agrees that the advantage will be very profitable. The economy is not doing well in the process so people have to find a hedge against the assets they invest in so out of the few methods available maybe only bitcoin can be relied on. I excluded gold because maybe we are not discussing it in this thread so it is not relevant to talk about. In certain contexts, people have to be very clever in maintaining the value of the currency they own, so choosing Bitcoin is a much wiser decision.

Yeah, recession has a domino effect. Once companies are affected, it will also affect their stocks, and they will also lay off employees, etc... Some of these are part of how the economy works.

When it comes to Bitcoin, maybe it can have a big impact if the government make it as a reserve or they invest most of the country's money on it and then BTC value dumps hard. Stock people are mostly old people and old people are into traditional stuffs or investments, so yeah, they can choose gold first before BTC. Gold is very stable, so yeah that it is hard for it to be chaotic. This makes it the real safe haven, not Bitcoin. BTC is still lucky as there are people that invest on it, whatever the condition of the market is.

But the interesting thing here is, often the stock market is correlated with the bitcoin market so that both markets seem to have the same trend at one time. I remember when covid, the stock market crashed, so did the bitcoin market. Inflation and recession can disrupt the global economy and that can affect investors' purchasing power, but when they are trying to find a hedge, bitcoin will be one of the choices for the long term.

During inflation or recession, the purchasing power of lower to middle class investors becomes less. Institutional investors will step in and buy a lot bitcoin, they do it because they want to protect the value of their fiat. I know there are many concerns, but the dynamics that are happening in the market should not make people lose confidence in bitcoin. I will still choose bitcoin as a hedge during inflation, meaning I do not hold fiat beyond my daily and monthly needs.

Bitcoin is definitely a digital currency and a valuable asset with a lot of potential in the future, but the stock market has a lot of potential. If you can buy shares of a company that is still in a startup position but the company will reach a lot of places in the future and become a very big company, then you can make huge profits from there. Although not all companies can give such big profits, the stock market is a big place from which you can change your life. However, there are many advantages in the case of Bitcoin, such as easy investment here, easy sale and any amount of money can be invested in Bitcoin. I would like both the stock market and Bitcoin investment because I will not invest my money in just one place. I am always more interested in investing in multiple assets in multiple places.

This was wrongly generalized. Not everybody wants to see the economy in chaos so they can benefit alone.
People diversify their investments and Golds,Real Estates and stocks are the most popular options.
Reminds me of the time I had a discussion about a friend when the value of our currency was falling in relation to the dollar.
He made a statement that those being paid in dollars Would want our countries currency to crumble to gain more.
Unfortunately they still face the brunt directly and indirectly not to mention they are the minority and the amount of suffering the majority are facing.

If we’re buying bitcoin better to buy it directly not the company who holds it as an asset but if we are comparing just the company asset I would rather own the plain equity as a share.  It has more protection in law any companies can always be seized so you the legal framework.

You talk impressively and I'm thrilled with your enthusiasm. A lot has really forgotten that even while we're invested in bitcoin, it's still the stock markets that sustains most of us which is were we generates the fund's for Dcaing and as well earns income to solve our immediate needs since it could profer quick incomes.
So invariably we may not regret it I'd we hold the whole of our assets on the stocks and still be successful although it may be difficult to be piloted to be compared to the digital market because individual marketing strategies will be required on the stock market to stay actively successful but there in bitcoin, we just can't invest a whole of our assets on it due to it volatility and uncertainty of the unpredictable market.

Firstly you need to understand that Bitcoin isn't here to sabotage the stock or economic market as you have called it @OP, Bitcoin is a digital independent asset with a decentralised nature by default which I believe every investor who has a good knowledge in digital economic will find attractive enough, so such person wouldn't want or wish for the stock market to crash first for them to find digital assets like Bitcoin attractive enough, moreover the stock market having its economic effect on our daily lives, also has an indirect effect on the digital space including the assets so crashing of the stock market will not make it more attractive than it is as it will rather affect for awhile before an alternative recovery may be employed.

Personally I see more of a compliment to the stock and economic market from the world of digital asset especially Bitcoin, than the competition OP at some point painted them to be in. Investing in Bitcoin cannot solve our daily needs. This asset is a long term invest approach geared towards securing a future and not meeting immediate needs. Bitcoin profits only makes sense when invested in regularly business that solves our daily needs. Bitcoin asset will always remain volatile and as such the fluctuation in price won't make it a daily income source.

If the stock market get inflated it might attract even more investors because the expectation will be that prices will continue to sour higher and if recession occur investors might lose so much that the might find it difficult to get enough capital to invest in Bitcoin. A stable economy is all bitcoin investors need and also what the society need to attract investors towards Bitcoin investment.

Not sure what you are trying to say but I'd agree with Pooyaa's statement to some extent. It may sound communist but almost all of the early and large investors of bitcoin comes from the privileged group of people. When bitcoin was introduced in 2009, 75% of people didn't had access to internet. i.e. they would not have heard about bitcoin, even if they did, they could not have bought bitcoin let alone mine it.
As of stocks and bitcoin, they are two different economic tools everyone should have in their portfolio. There are risks associated with both and both should be invested and traded with caution.
