Guys, i must share this story with you because i am sure that there is lot of of peoples with same issue about Stake.com as i heard around

I opened account on Stake.com and i sucessfully verified account with my Documents.
After that i decide to make Deposit which was 5998 USDT and it was 11 January 2025 at 11:18 morning
Later today i decide to play a match and i bet on points

Sichuan Blue Whales - Ningbo Rockets
Sat. January (11) 12:35 PM
Total (Incl. Overtime)
Over 213

I bet on that match 5996 USDT and i won 10.373 USDT
Match finished 117:107 and my ticket was won !

From that day on, my account became "unverified" again and they started asking me for step 3 and step 4 verification. First I had to send pay slips from my job, after that I had to send Bank Statements, after that they asked for electricity, water bills and payment slips for those bills, I sent and sent all that day after day, week after week, but after a while I see that nothing is happening and that they have no intention of verifying my account even though all the documents were original, from the bank, from the post office and from my work with all signatures and stamps. Every time I send documents they reject them, I even think that they don't review them at all and just ask again for some novelty and some nonsense that I also send them and they do nothing but reject again and so it goes to the infinity. Most probably he became unverified because Stake requires him to complete higher KYC requirements.

AFAIK, KYC lvl2 is the default KYC level when you finish the initial KYC which is true submission of valid ID. This user account probably involved on method which Stake prohibits that’s why he requires for higher KYC level.

Let's keep that part on a side. OP is struggling with level 3 and level 4 KYC verification currently. Which is the primary issue now. We have already seen several complaints from the users about those verification steps. Stake team will make the final judgement when OP will be able to complete those verifications successfully.

@Goxx98, you aren't going to get much help from here. '_act_' has already suggested you above, you have to take your complaint in Askgamblers. There are already some KYC verification related complaints against Stake (see here). Some of them have been resolved after many unsuccessful verification attempts.

Please send us the screenshot of your conversation with Stake support. For sure they give you the reason for not accepting the documents that you submit.

Stake verification is very quick to complete if you submit the right document which they accept.

Do the support suggest you other documents that they accept?

Simply, every time there is a different condition and the documents are rejected very easily, in the end they started saying that the documents are supposedly photocopies, but they cannot understand that in my country you get a document for Electricity and Water from the postman. It comes in an envelope and your electricity or water bill is an A4 sheet of paper that you take and pay at the post office or bank. It's just that the admins are only pursuing their own story and are not interested in helping me.
As for this reference letter, I barely managed to get such a document because banks don't issue that kind of document to customers because you have to have a good reason why you need something like that and that document has to be stamped and signed by the bank director, but I managed to get that too, only for them to reject it half an hour after I sent it.

This is a sad one mate and I feel for you as what you are going through right now could be depressing, since the amount involved here is somewhat big, but from my understanding of Cases with casinos, opening account and immediately making huge deposits and betting straight away and winning almost doubled the amount could indeed trigger some suspension.


Level 3-4 KYC verifications is somewhat tough sometimes most especially if your documents lack corresponding information and details that carries your own name.

Thus, all I can do is to help guide your steps toward resolution. As mentioned by severals, you can go to CG or AG and get the mediator to resolve the matters, get Stake to explain why the documents are rejected.

Nobody was sent to do anything. I have just pointed out the gaps within your story and the VERY questionable post history on bitcointalk that's a clear indication of why you have this problem with stake now, multi-accounting to circumvent limits. They are the biggest crypto gambling site, when you profit millions a day you don't need to deceive people of some random amounts.

Get your story straight, until then it's hard to believe one word you are saying.
