Before I installed the new hashboard, I had 2 good working hashboard so I just disconnected the data cable to the third board that was bad. So I ran with 2 boards for several months without any issues, just at lower TH like 135 rather than 200.

The new board can in and I installed it and flashed the control board with bitmain firmware and the above log is what I get. I am not able to get braiins to load on there for some reason, when I go through the toolbox the compatibility check fails so it wont install it.

I have an original amlogic control board in there.

Thanks for any insight. I have tried everything I can think of.

Just to update my issue. I resolved it by flashing s21 miner back to 2024 version of bitmain firmware then loading braiins frimware and all is working. The new board is rocking. I will post the new log to see if we can see why braiins worked but bitmain would now work with new board.

2025-06-11 15:11:32 eeprom not find board_name!!!

In plain English, the new board you bought is not compatible with the old ones, and thus you will have to use a 3rd party/custom firmware or get yourself a tool that can rewrite the EEPROM, like PICkit because the default firmware needs to read the voltage from the EEPROM, unlike Braiins firmware.

I haven't checked in a while -- but the tool costs about $200. So it could be cheaper to just pay the fee for the custom firmware.
