The adult Karmelo Anthony(black) killed Austin Metcalf(white) and has got 1.2 million in donations for the murderer.
He stabbed him at school and killed him and is now rewarded for it.

If you ask me those funds should go to the family's of the poor kid who got stabbed in school, not to the guy who murdered him, but because he is black and that alone is he getting bailed out.

I saw both of these stories go viral, neither of them should have got a single cent. It just shows how tribal some people can get & blindly defend somebody they think has something in common with them. In Karmelo Anthony’s case it is literally just because he is black, other black people automatically side with him. Just like George Floyd, the whole BLM movement. They are sub 85 IQ morons, I am glad Anthony is in jail. Regarding the racist white woman, she should have been arrested & child services should look at her. She also should have got no money. Humanity is shot to pieces, so many morons walk amongst us. If you actively send these people money, you can not be helped.

I'd rather people contribute to questionable causes than to no causes. Non-participation in society has lead to dramatic decline of social end economic liberties, which in turn has caused a lot of societal decay reflected as increasing poverty and a declining middle class. So, if anything donating to these strange ideas is a step in the right direction.

Both fundraisers were done somewhat inappropriately but could have been slightly modified to be reasonable. Karmelo Anthony's funds should only be used for the legal defense, and the alleged racist's funds should only be used for that persons personal security. Even someone who disagrees with racist insults shouldn't want them to be insecure against physical assault and harassed by physical stalkers, and even someone who is disgusted by Karmelo Anthonies aggression or end of a human life shouldn't have a problem with a full and complete legal defense for his side of the story.

This is the kind of thing I would never expect to see in my country, to be honest, we do not have developed this kind of tribalism within our society in which we are driver to support whoever we see in trouble based only on the color of their skin or ethnic characteristics.
If something, this only shows how a society can be driven so much into division and turn their own citizens against one another.

Instead of people just throwing their money for no reason to people who have committed crimes and be hateful against others, those funds could have done the difference to change the destiny and situation of a lot of children living in third world countries who cannot afford to go to school, for instance.

Really, this is something to think about and internalize, so we do not end up like those who donated to those people.

The goal is 1.4m but on the site it clearly says "Raised: USD $544,612"
His bond is 250k, so most likely this will go toward legal fees and bond.

On the flip side, he took a knife to school and stabbed another student. The defense wants to make it look like it's a poor guy who had to defend himself. He had whole life before him, wanted to go to college.
In reality he took a life. He knew what he was doing. I bet the other guy also wanted to have a life, start a family. Nobody cares what the murderer wanted to be before he became a murderer. If people want to waste money on him, let them. It's their money after all.

It’s so crazy how racism became this huge thing once Obama got in the White House. Growing up in the 80s/90s it wasn’t even a thing really. It was humorous to even make racist jokes because everyone knew it was all in good fun. Nowadays people can lose their life over a bad joke. I don’t know why people got so sissified over the last 15 years, but it has been sad to watch.
