Instead of posting your complaint here, I suggest you create your own thread on scam accusation board and properly lay out the issues you are experiencing with BC.game and include screenshots of your evidence. I'm suggesting that so the discussion will only be about your issue and no one else.

Or on Casino.Guru or Askgamblers too..That's a good option too, imo.
true, but hoplydarkness does handle cases like this(when he can) and he has experience with it and has had cases resolved in the past(specifically with bc.game's "kyc limit reached"). Right now, posting on the scam accusation thread might be the best choice.

Damn, you are really persistent. If I was at your place, I would just give up and keep playing until I lose all the crypto in my account.
The only thing you could do is to keep waiting for a response from BC Game customer support. Patience is key. Maybe you should also post "negative" reviews about BC Game here and there, the casinos usually hate this and BC Game customer support might suddenly reply to your emails and try to solve the issue. This is yet another typical "gambler can't withdraw big balance due to failed KYC" story. I wonder what the casinos would use as an excuse to deny withdrawals, if KYC gets removed as a requirement some day.

I know, right? If I were in OP's situation, I probably would have given up and gotten tired of following up. It's almost like the casino just wants OP to keep playing until their balance runs out,
and then the problem is solved—that's what the support team seems to want, hehehe.

But seriously, that's such a headache and so stressful, especially considering how much that amount is worth in our country's currency.
The support is taking so long to respond, which also makes me suspicious, unless they're intentionally doing it until OP gives up.

Hello All,
Good day.

I deposited money into my Bc.game account and did the wager requirement by playing crash casino and upon withdrawing my deposit amount and winning, I received KYC popup error to complete before initiating transfers. I have since then tried to get the KYC done, drivers license was not supported and then when I finally tried to use a passport ID, submission limit reached email and site popup came on even though there were still about 3 tries left.

I have read a lot of posts and see BcGame tends to just make withdrawal difficult after winning. However if I cannot get the winning of only wager requirement of 1.1 odds. No problem but they should please give me back my deposit. It has been over 4 days. Please help me. @holydarkness.  I would appreciate all the help I can get.

Do as @acroman08 said, also take advantage of posting photos of evidence in the scam accusation section thread, for example, post photos of the deposit you made, photos of your withdrawal attempt, photos of the dialogue with support that you had, you can also create a dispute against them at casino.guro, create it at this link:

I've not read any comments and have no idea if your issue has been resolved or it still lingers on, but just incase the case is still on, I think you've taken the appropriate steps by contacting holydarkness and bc.game customer support representatives on this forum, I think they are currently the only ones whom I can think of right now who are in the best position to help you out of this situation you find yourself in.

I don't know why but I think it has become very common practice for bc.game to frustrate their users with passing kyc verification even the user is providing the right documents for his or her verification, I personally think that some times, some of this casinos usually have something against gamblers who deposits alot of money and instead of losing it all to the casino, they won huge money rather, looks to me like casinos like bc.game don't like things like this happening on their platform and this is why they choose to frustrate user with KYC.
 I hope you get your funds, especially if every thing you said is correct.
