BC Game KYC Verification , On my Last Try, Need Help.

I’ve been with BC Game for a while now, have had no problems withdrawing up until now .
located in Manitoba, Canada. BC Game has no restrictions here and i do not use a VPN.

I’ve tried talking to online support and they’re no help, and I’ve emailed ‘[email protected]’ with no return as of yet.


My issue began june 17 i deposited 1249.999998 XRP (i have the confirmation email from BC on a succenful deposit) -- Game 6 FLA/EDM series, I took Corey Perry and Brad Marchand each for 2 shots, 698  XRP paying 1556.12 XRP that won

Same game I took the over 4.5 total for 551 XRP paying 683.24 XRP, that won.


Come the next day I tried to withdraw and got a KYC notification, so I did all that :

Identity check - Good

Liveness check - Good

Proof of address - failed, 5 times, and was told to wait 24 hrs before attempting my last try. why? I have no clue, my TD bank statement address matches my Manitoba Issued Drivers license. Also withing the 3 month time period. That specific statement was issued April 1 2025 still failed for some reason.



Jump to Saturday, UFC , I take Khalil Roundtree 600 XRP over jamal hill, that hit for 1100 XRP that also hit, so they allowed me to play but not withdraw.

Lost 100 XRP taking the pacers over OKC.


So now I have 2610 XRP (7,818.34 CAD)

 fast track to today after making a few more wagers of wins and losses i currently sit at 2970XRP.
 
That I’m worried about as Ive been down to my last KYC verification, which I’m sure they will fail me again and from what ive been reading on the forums its quite the battle to get them back, but i see that youve been everyones saviour and im hoping you can help me in my situation, as ill wait for ur reply before i make my last KYC attempt.

ive talked to the bots on BC game all telling and giving me the same prompt and the KYC link, i havent talked to anyone real about my situation and im started to get worried ill never receive my funds.

I had emailed ‘[email protected]’ with all the other documents showing what’s going on how my address on my ID exactly matches the address on my TD bank statement and for further proof provided them with my last check stub.

i also went to "askgamblers.com" to make a complaint as i read in some forums they reach out to BC game and help people in my situation


I have one more try to KYC and would like to withdraw some XRP as its got a little pump on today for some reason, maybe the case is getting dropped?

That is a good step, the most of what can be done here. You just need to wait to get a feedback and keep your case as aittight as possible to show that you did nothing wrong.

You are right about needing to wait to speak directly with a real support personnel before submitting your final KYC application, especially as it is the same documents that were rejected 4 times already.

Just got to wait now for a feedback from a rep.

Yeah, umm... what you gave me through PM [not email] is your username. Though I believe my contact can zeroing into your matter with this info, it'll probablyy be very helpful if you can send me your UID instead? That's what they majorly use to track account. It's the several digits [my brain has already stopped braining from few good minutes ago, thanks to the long day I had, and I currently can't recall that piece of info right now, and I'm running on fumes here].

If you can send it to me within next couple minutes, it'll be nice as I can relay to my contact to be looked at and addressed while I call today a night and they'll have an answer ready for me when I can reach back to my forum device tomorrow.


Edit: wait, nope, I think I know what your issue is. I re-read your thread and some details that's previously missed from my running-on-fume brain. Canadian, right? They don't accept DL for KYC documents. Try to ask for provincial ID card, your country issue this [this is the Canadian version of NID], and BC accept this document for verification purpose. Still, shoot me with your UID nonetheless, I'll double check with my contact. But I'm pretty much sure that's the issue.

My Canadian DL Could be the issue? i provided that for the basic verification and that passed , same thing with my liveness check that passed.

the advanced verification " proof of address Documents must not be older then 3 months " is where i fail.

the addresses match that are on my ID and my TD bank statement from last month that i provided is well within the 3 month time frame keeps failing.

currently have one shot left and worried ill be locked out of my acct right after my final attempt.

According to the stories you have experienced, I think you did the right thing, and it also makes me wonder why you always fail in what they ask of you in terms of kyc. although I have also played on bcgames but I have never experienced a large amount like you.

Of course, I also put myself in your situation, which in reality can cause us some stress, but in reality, I also admire you because you can still handle yourself correctly in such situations,
and the only thing you can do in such things is wait for their customer support response, there is nothing else, just wait a little while, and when it arrives, your problem will be resolved.

gunhell yes it been a mental battle, if i didnt do any research on my 5th attempt i would have been in a real mess. this forum is a saving grace of information for people in this situation. im hoping and waiting for the best outcome aswell  buddy

Hi, I was told that the rejection was because the document being uploaded was more than 3 montsh. Given this is July 1st [and 2nd], where June statement should already be issued [at least that's how things work with my bank], is it possible that you submitted March, April, and May bank statement? I think it'll be no longer acceptable as a newer version of statement already exist and should be the one you submit.

Can you inform me what months did you submit your bank accounts? I'll try to give a follow up with my contact and see if those months are good to go or you should better wait for newer issue.

OH man! i figured it was something silly like that. ok, currently working in winnipeg manitoba on a powerline job working 28 days on and 7 off so i havent been home to split lake ( thats on My ID ) in like 37 days, theres currently wildfires going on back home, im sure you guys have got some of our smoke downsouth?? and everyone has been evacuated, so im working a double shift til the province says we can start going back to our community. BUT my pops was a Essential Worker there and had brought some of my mail to winnipeg for me , yea hes the real MVP.

Yeah, umm... I don't think that'll be acceptable. Even my contact doubted that it'll be acceptable, though they'll inquire to the KYC team [they're currently having personal emergency too, just like me... and apparently like you, with the wildfire, hope that you're safe there]. But, my money will be on that they can't take it. I mean... when they say "govt. certificate", I am quite sure they don't mean a govt. court summon.

Can someone mail you a scanned bank statement? Or perhaps your bank do the digital statement sent by mail?

It's not that simple. A site regardless of its age can scam you and examples like 1xbit + 1xbet can attest to that. BC.Game don't scam players outright, but they resort to unethical tactics on a regular basis in order to avoid paying.

This is why it's best to stick to reliable and trustworthy sites like Stake etc that don't resort to such tactics if you ask me.

Damn, you are really persistent. If I was at your place, I would just give up and keep playing until I lose all the crypto in my account.
The only thing you could do is to keep waiting for a response from BC Game customer support. Patience is key. Maybe you should also post "negative" reviews about BC Game here and there, the casinos usually hate this and BC Game customer support might suddenly reply to your emails and try to solve the issue. This is yet another typical "gambler can't withdraw big balance due to failed KYC" story. I wonder what the casinos would use as an excuse to deny withdrawals, if KYC gets removed as a requirement some day.
