Hello,

On June 26th, I made a withdrawal, which has not been processed to this day. I deposited around $1600, and the amount withdrawn is around $2500. On chat, they told me that my activity is being investigated and that it takes 3-5 business days. They don't want to respond to chat anymore, and they don't want to tell me anything about withdrawal.

I can log into my account, I can play at the casino, I'm limited in betting, but I'm not interested anymore, I just want my money.

What else can I do?

Update.

Bennett Becker from the forum, bennett@winna.com It helped me and partially everything is fine.

There were 3 withdrawals in total, 2 of which were finally approved, the first withdrawal still needs to be approved. I'll be back with an update.

The explanation of why it took so long and what happened, I will receive information soon, they said, and I will share with you what happened.

The player received all pending withdrawals and now claims he has a right to receive a bonus.

In our Terms of Service it's clearly stated "10.2 Winna.com reserves the right to deny bonuses or confiscate winnings if bonus abuse, collusion, or syndicate behavior is detected." This is the case for this player.

No further comments.
