Sorry if this is not the right place to post.. but I wanted to get some second opinions

The other day I discovered a website on Tor which claims to be a hidden forum for insider trading, it's restricted though and I can't view anything in it. Obviously my first assumptions are that it could be some kind of scam, but has anyone here tried to get in before or have an account there?
