Every gambler would love to use a gambling site that offers free withdrawal/deposit as you have said. However, there are amounts of fees which still wouldn't be a bothering some gamblers thereby affecting their decision on using a casino. I am not a casino owner and dont know how they operate, but I'd like to share my thought as an online casino user.

Regarding your first question about which model tends to retain more customers... I believe that recreational players, who play for fun and place casual bets, tend to value cassinos that offers free withdrawals because, as you said, they are focus more on the user experience and want immediate liquidity.

However, in case of high rollers or crypto traders I believe they are tolerate fees well... obviously, they still need to be fair and proportional to the amount being withdrawn. There will be times when the network is congested and more expensive, so charging this amount to users with higher "purchasing power" is fair, but processing must be fast.
