Nope, not with parlays and besides in my experience I even profitable in sports betting than I do with slots. It's on their own perspective and what they are good I guess. I'm not expecting to beat the system because it's definitely a winner in the end but both is likely 50/50 I guess and I can't compare them as I don't normally play slots tbh.

Yep, that's what I was excited about too an, I'm more of a moderate gambler so in the long run if I'm into parlay I'm at break even or in profit. It's more on skill and research tbh but it could be tricky sometimes. Yep, to each their own. No hate to those who love and have fond on slots though.

Yes, that's true, but there are gamblers, even if they are so busy during the holiday, who find a time to visit and bet, even half of the time they usually spend. I have a brother who does this out of habit.

Not all time , some may spending their golden times with friends and family in beach like me haha. Usually I always have a plan, to visit atleast one place. I’m sure others who play both would say the same. Slots have a high house edge, so it’s easy to lose and hard to win. With sports betting, there’s at least some skill involved, so you have a better chance compared to slots. I’m talking about the majority who are taking the same approach as you.

Even if you manage expectations, you still can’t beat the system in slots. The house edge is always there. But in sports betting, it’s different. You’re not really fighting a fixed system the same way. You’re relying on your skills, analysis, and discipline to try and be profitable in the long run.

it's the worst advice possible for a gambler. if you keep chasing your losses, you will just end up digging a deeper hole for yourself, and even if you somehow win and recover, many don't stop and lose it all again.

Well, I did that. Actually, most of my bets were on live matches. For some reason, I feel it is easier to predict the outcome of an event after watching the first few minutes.
Unfortunately, it stil feels stressful even more than pre-match bets. I just can’t handle the pressure.
Obviously sports betting isn’t really for me, but I will keep placing a few sports bets from time to time just to break the routine.

With slots, even less than a dollar can last you for hours if you get lucky. That’s something you can’t really do in sports betting, where results take time and the minimum bets are usually higher.

Probably a bad comparison but both can be lucrative if hit by a really good multiplier. Parlay is present in sports betting too and that's where you hit huge, I think it's a bad comparison if you're mostly playing on that game rather than the other because I've seen some individuals hit huge too.

With slots, I can easily let go of the losses since they’re usually small. But with sports betting, it’s fewer games but bigger stakes, and those losses tend to stick in my mind for a while.

It is not too logical and I can not understand your reasons for these different bet sizes with slot games and sports.

I see sports are unpredictable and it's true with all sports, not only football. You can not be sure what performances will be shown by athletes, tennis players, football players in their sport matches. You can make your bet dedicion based on their latest forms, information about an individual fitness or player resources of two opposite teams in a match but it is not easy for predicting accurately the winners by many natural things can happen during a long match.

One terrible mistake, one magnificent moment, one fabulous strike, one terrible decision from a referee can change a match result completely.

I am still having difficulty of winning on live matches and most of the games I have played recently are not really encouraging me to continue because it was during the last minute the opponent scored which was very devastating.
Live betting can be easy to predict for some gamblers but I know this challenge will soon be solved.
