The user is only trolling and trying to see if it can lead to a successful scam. He is only doing it to make people annoyed. He has already been flagged I think two years ago and it is displaying for people to see. I wish such good for nothing people posts are deleted because even moderators will know that he is only here to scam. Although, scam is not moderated.
