BC Game Support Baited Me, Out 400k

So this is a tough one. Not claiming full scammed or theft, but yah boy got baited. I used to gamble on BC Game back in the day soley. I knew the USA was a restricted country now, but I have been traveling for work (I am in sales), visited a cousin along the way for a week, and thought it was fair game as I was in a allowed country. Made a deposit, turned it into 400k. Now I cant pass KYC and have been told I have no options.

I explained my position to support. That I am from the US and was traveling. I asked if I submitted my KYC as a US citizen knowing it was restricted, if this would be a problem. He said no, it should be fine. So I uploaded my real documents. It was not fine and my account is now locked. And yes, I have a 100k in gambling debt. A good chunk that went to BC Game. Thats why it hurts so bad. Chat log below:

The only fair move here would be for them to pay you out and then close your account. But we all know how casinos work - if you lost, they wouldn’t even bother with KYC.

On the flip side, you probably shouldn’t be gambling in the first place.

haha hit rock bottom earlier in the year and stopped. my cousin was about it so threw some in. shouldnt have. from pure relief and joy, to pure misery.

By providing your documents that were from the US, you just proved to them that you are a citizen from a country that they banned on their platform. You could try to convince them that you accessed the website from Finland but so could any other person residing in the US whilst using a VPN service.

yea thought being honest before submitting would help and they would point me in the right direction. i legit thought as long as you were in the country you were cool. use to watch a bunch of guys who would fly to mexico to play on roobet being us citizens.

i deposited just under 3k. they blocked my first withdraw of 2k I tried.

You made so many mistakes here. First of, you chose BC for whatever reason. One of the worst sites when it comes to odds (increased house edge), reards (very low) and customer support (one of the worst in the business!!).

Why would you take the risk and even worst trust a word these people are saying? Their support is absolutely clueless. For you own protection you should have a least vidoe recorded the whole conversation when they told you it's no problem.

Also, you SHOULD have asked those questions BEFORE making the decision to play there, not after. How stupid is that?? You can kiss this money good bye because it doesn't matter if you travel or now, what's important is your region of RESIDENCE.
What a silly donation you have made there, honestly. People with debt taking those kind of risks is ridiculous. You could easily have played somewhere else, yet you chose this dumpster fire site to donate your money.

Nope, as I have stated before (scroll up). When going through KYC you are asked for a proof of residency. When you travel somewhere for a couple of days you are NOT a resident of that country, you can't even get a proof of address or whatever since you don't pay any bills (water, electric, phone or what not).

Nope, as I have stated before (scroll up). When going through KYC you are asked for a proof of residency. If you actually live in an area that is not restricted, with valid visa and proof of residency that is not a problem. I am a good example for that coming from a banned reagion but living somewhere else for many years.
This case on hand though is totally different obviously. Allowing him to depo is a different story of course, but that's BC for you, they do shady stuff, always did. OP should have never used it in the first place, but that's his fault.

This to me does not say anything about it's ok to play from the USA or play while abroad but live in the USA. The support agent seems to just be replying that you should have no issues doing KYC but if you do let him know and he can help.

Had you asked is it ok that I live in the USA and give my KYC will I be paid, you would have more of a case here IMO. You have to be clear when asking questions.

It doesn't matter if you have a Singapore passport, live in Berlin for three months, and decide to deposit and play while spending a week on holiday in Argentina. If your tax residence is in the USA, then if you gamble on BC.GAME, as well as on other crypto sites, you are breaking the law.

I cannot imagine this man. Why would a gambler play at a casino that doesn't allow players from his country? OP dug his own grave, in my opinion. If the support said that he should not have any problem, this was a trap for OP. They work for the casino, and I think they also want players to make mistakes and lose money. It seems OP violated the rules, and I don't see much hope here.

I am not sure if holydarkness would be able to do anything. But since he already said he would check it with his contact, let's see if we can get some positive news. I thought BC game has a dedicated platform for USA players.

Used to, through bcgame[dot]US, a social gambling platform [US has this unique of kinds of gambling, I guess]. They no longer cater for US residents through the [dot]US, though. That's the first thing I inquired to my contact, as we've managed to get things resolved by having the US resident to create account on the [dot]US and then my contact will "transfer" the entire account to their US counterpart.


OP, got your UID. I'll try to get to the bottom of this.
