Bcgame deposit not received (Resolved holy darkness)

 I made a deposit on 12th of aug . The transaction amount got successfully transferred to their merchants bank account. But the funds were not credited to my bc wallet. I created aticket bjt the ticket was marked as failed after sometime.they asked for my bank statement deposit screenshot and video proof . I provided with them all the proofs all they needed but since then the ticket is pending and no progress is being made. They also provide a 7 days deposit gurantee. But it is been 10 days now and still no money has been credited. My bcgame uid is 20605843 The pending ticket number is 8984012. The order id is F-1840244382579735579. Can anyone please help me out?

Do you mind to send us the screenshot of the said deposit from your bank, as well as other supporting evidence? What BC said for their response, for instance. And, dare I assume that you're depositing INR?

Regarding your case, this isn't the first time this happened, there have been several cases that have already been posted before, and they usually get resolved in the end with the help of holydarkness(as far as I remember).

Do you confirm the transaction successfully on the bank side? Try to contact bank support first and inquire for the transaction first. It’s much easier to contact Bank support via phone call and request to revert the transaction if BC doesn’t credit your transaction for almost a week already.

I have a problem like this in the past and I resolved it with the help of my bank agent since the problem is my transfer was pending for a long time on the bank side.

The amount was successfully transferred and credited to bc games partner merchant account. I've also got in touch with bank and they confirmed taht the transaction was successful and bc game's support team feels kind of not helpful as the only repeat same thing again and agian that there's no update on my ticket and ticket is still in processing. These replies are same from the day one. Their replies feel kind of automated.Because they only repeat the same thing again and again.

Their support system can be brutally slow for indian users, know many people who deposited to place a quick wager but had to wait weeks just for it to be credited   

I know Indian govt is making it harder everyday for crypto purchases, but right now there is no other option cuz using UPI is leading to these issues and also more dangerous cuz who knows where the money is going

But most of the times deposits get credited instantly sometimes the deposits get stuck and that becomes the problem as their support team doesn't seem to understamd anything and they just keep repeating the same sentences again and again rather than explaining the situation to players ,providing explanation to user's why deposits haven't been credited.
