People talk about specific characteristics that makes a person fit for being a businessman but my question is, can everyone be a good businessman? Can everyone turn their mindset to one that is always business minded?

One of the characteristics of a good businessman is being able to take risks. For those who are always anxious, is building a business already out of the picture for them? or do they still have hope?

Anyone can learn to be an entrepreneur and think like one. However, not everyone has the ability to be a successful entrepreneur. Well, sometimes everyone has their own strengths and weaknesses. So, we often meet people who initially owned a business but couldn't sustain it and instead found comfort in being an employee. And conversely, there are also those who started out as employees but took the big step of building their own business and found success. Well, everything is different. But certainly, everyone can try. Although, ultimately, each person will be directed to the job that best suits them. Because even if someone has a business mindset, some simply can't handle the pressure.

Every person should learn the basics of business because in daily life we need to learn how people are making money and they are enjoying the money power . Money is going from one person to another and no person has money which will not end .  And every person could not be businessman because people have different thoughts and they studied different things and hard work is also important in a field in which you want to be successful and of you are not passionate to do the work which you ate doing due to force of your parents then you will be not successful because you will not put all effort in that . If you want to do job then you should do job in which you are interested.

Not everyone who wants to be a businessman can be a good owner of the business they want to build. Although everyone can be a businessman, what's sad is that not everyone is determined to have a business, and if someone does manage to start one, they don't know how to manage it properly for the business they desire.

That's why only a few of the community investors succeed in the end, because they are not sincere, they just got hyped into doing it, or they just copied others thinking they would also succeed, not knowing that's not how a business ecosystem works.

People always think other people will say bad for them when they will do small business And they prefer a job with comparison to small business. Well, can't disagree with you on that because you are right for saying that even though people want to get rich by doing business but most of them are not ready to start small and then grow bigger, they want to start big right from the beginning which is not the right way to do it, because if you are new to a business, you are not supposed to take big risks immediately, but you should start small, see if things are manageable for you and whether you can run such a business or not, and after that, you can decide whether you should expand the business or switch to another one.

When you start small, it won't be that big of a problem for you to switch to a different business because if the business goes into loss, the loss will be easily bearable since the business is not that big, but if you directly take a big step and decide to start big and use a larger investment, in case the business doesn't suite you, you are going to have a hard time switching to another business due to the losses you will need to incurr.

I am too kind and friendly person, people use that against me, and think those two adjectives are not good for a businessman. I can not be strict with people and always give them second chance. Anyone can be a businessman but not everyone can be a business man... identify the difference, it's not so difficult to buy and sell but it's more difficult to the other part of the business that requires discipline, visionary mindset, thinking and ability to take risk as you mentioned, etc

Yet some people are business guru not because they know it but because they have capacity (capital) and only have few characteristics of a businessman yet are so successful in business because they employ businessmen and women who have/has the complete characteristics of a business person to run and do all the job while they seat as the head of affairs and control every part of the business, (yet all this are only on the basics of a person have someone who already has the opportunity and handed it over to them).

In business, when people talk about CAPITAL, they often think about only money, taking loan or investments, that is actually a big part of it, but it's far from the whole picture.

From my perspective, when we talk about capital, it is classified into several aspects, we have
Financial capital
Human capital
Social capital and
physical capital

Financial capital: the money that you will spend on the business or equipments is certainly important, but a business also depends on and requires human capital such as knowledge, effort, dedication, patience, discipline and skills of its people. The role of physical capital in business is producing accessibility to the tangible assets like machinery, buildings, raw materials and so on. All these capitals collide and work together to form a successful business, and ignoring any one of them can hinder the growth and development of a business.

The main difference is in mindset and approach to risk, innovation, and long-term vision, all this features are more subconscious than conscious. i say absolutely no way. to be a good business person you need so many things like risk management, good analysis, knowing how to manage people, and keeping professional relationships, etc. if you dont have these skills, surviving in a competitive market is really hard actually...
And for some people and their lifestyle, having a salaried job with low stress is actually the smarter choice. not everyone needs to be a businessman or boss.

Not everyone is naturally built for business and that’s completely fine business requires a certain mindset that not everyone develops easily it’s not just about starting something it’s about consistency discipline and being able to handle both uncertainty and failure some people are wired to handle pressure and risk while others are more comfortable with stability and structure.

Being business minded isn’t only about chasing profits it’s about seeing opportunities where others see problems and taking calculated risks to turn those ideas into something sustainable people who are anxious or afraid of risk can still learn to manage those feelings but they need to start small and train themselves to think strategically instead of emotionally. I also feel very uncomfortable when I am financially dependable from something or owe money. For example hardly any business can bring profit from first day or month. Sometimes it takes months and years to break even. That is not for me, because for me it is stressful to live and know that you are losing money, have to pay salaries to others, and in the end you can fail and set up everyone.

I also feel very uncomfortable when I am financially dependable from something or owe money. For example hardly any business can bring profit from first day or month. That is not for me, because for me it is stressful to live and know that you are losing money, have to pay salaries to others, and in the end you can fail and set up everyone.

Its like you are comfortable on things that can give you stability and can't blame you to think that way since somehow setting up your business posses huge risk since we don't know if it will going to succeed or not. If it happens the business you built fails sometimes it create more trouble especially if you get lots of loan just to build and also sustain that falling business.

But if you are working on things where you are so passionate and build business with it I guess that you can overcome those challenges. If you are hands on and love what you are doing the success rate is so high. Although its hard to start or build this idea so if people really want to try this maybe better for them to attend business seminar or find legitimate mentorship program and try to learn with successful people.

In this regard, I am reminded of the words of Jack Ma, the founder of Alibaba, a successful businessman, that "Just dreaming cannot be a big thing, but you have to turn it into a reality, only then will people achieve real success." I have forgotten the exact line of the words, but that was the meaning.

Long story short, I am not a seller. I never have patience and guts to sell at price I want to sell and usually follow what market tells me. Selling something at the same or a little bit different price, addition to that market is full with goods, ideas and services, tells me that business aint going to be good or profitable. I am more executive and responsible kind of person. Give me task and I will do everything to complete it at its best.

I think Jack Ma words mean that anyone can start a business and on the one hand I agree with that because basically anything can be done by humans if they want to learn, The most influential factor is a person's desire to pursue something, such as business.

Regarding different human characteristics, that is one factor in the birth of desire. Sometimes there are people who enjoy business and study it until they become successful entrepreneurs, On the other hand, there are also people with different characteristics, they don't like business, so even if they force themselves, they won't succeed.

maybe the right way to put it is that reckless spenders do not have what it takes to run a good business. of cause, there is a wide gap between having the ability to run a business and having an habit that has the potential of affecting the business in a way. if you are one that does not have what it takes to control your spending habit, chances are that it will affect your business but the other way of going about a thing as that is to threat the business as a different entity from yourself such that proper allocation is done for what aspect of your profit you can touch and what aspect you can never touch regardless of the urge to doing so.

As long as you are someone that is teachable, then there is no way you can not start a business. make yourself someone that is ready to learn at the feet of those that are already in the business and it becomes too easy for you to learn, start a business and run it smoothly.
