Loan needed, domain as collateral - Advise needed

My business is in need of a loan of about $5k,
our entire business is worth more than that but according to the rules here, its either a collateral or nothing.

Our domain is a premium domain and its over 14 years old, I dont know if this would work. I cant give the domain here in public unfortunately, I can send to anyone who requests this.

Is it safe to use our domain as collateral, is it even a collateral?

Domain can be used as collateral, provided if someone is interested in the domain.

People that are in campaign are those that have the highest probability of getting a loan on this forum, and those that have other crypto as collateral. My post is based on those that are often given a loan on this forum.

It could be used yes, but it's not a conventional collateral. I would never take it in consideration...
There are a lot of risk with such loans, if you add also "waste of time" for verifying the collateral.... Keep it simple its much better. You are asking a "lombard" to a private.
Otherwise a loan could be a masked sale since a collateral, in this case the domain (moreover if linked to an active business) could be even worth much less of the amount requested.
In certain cases it could be retrieved, lender need to check carefully ToS of domain and local rules.
It is really worth? In case of defaulting it will be so easily to sell this domain?

Based on which metrics did you determine that your domain is worth more than $5k?
How quickly can your domain be sold in case the lender wants to terminate the loan and cash out the collateral?

No.

When a lender lends money, he does not want to buy someone's business. He borrows money to get interest + his money back at the end of the agreement. If the lender can't sell your platform easily and cover the entire deal, the main amount + interest, they won't consider it as collateral.
Even if the platform is profitable, you certainly wouldn't get anywhere near the amount you think it's worth.
Otherwise, people would massively create similar platforms and tokens and sell them in this way.

Valid collateral is the right answer to your question.
To begin with, you must be an active user of the forum. Even if you are Legendary, without regular activity, you will not even be considered.
Also, the activity includes spamming and participating in bounty campaigns and free raffle contests. With more activities, you will learn to quote correctly and not to distract someone else's thread, but open your own and ask what you are interested in.
