Freebitco.in Forgot Password Email Never Reaches My Inbox. Help!

Yo! If you are reading this... i hope you are doing just fine!

I am a newbie in this forum, so... idk if i am in the right "channel"/topic, but i need yo help!

Basically the issue is simple as described in the subject.
From... i guess 2 months now, i have this issue where i try to login freebitco.in with my email and password (btw i do know my password) and it yet says incorrect login details

Last day before this error started to happen i was logging in with the exact same credentials

And the worst part is: trying to recover my password won't work since the email won't reach me

Yes i already quadruple-checked i have not blocked any @freebitco.in email sender, also the emails ain't going to the spam folder
My email works normally, but freebitco.in's recover pass don't

It's been the main topic of conversation for the past few days over there as the website hostname is about to expire too with whoever their registrar was and the domain name could end up in new hands within a few months (if anyone buys it).

Freebitco.in is facing major problems from withdrawals not being processed to what you are faced with right now, and there seems to be no interest in rectifying the issues by the team behind the platform. If you have been very keen enough, in their ANN thread there are lots of unresolved complaints

The problem is certainly not on your end. You didn't block freebitco.in, or blacklist their email, or whatever. Your email is perfectly working most likely. It's just them not replying to communications from their users.

The link to their official thread on the forum is already provided by the replies above. Take time to visit it and read the recent discussions. It will give you an idea how problematic freebitco.in has been for quite some time.

I guess you can only reach out to them, make follow-ups, and wait. If they're serious in resolving issues, they'll eventually get to you. But, this early, just move on.

Welcome to the club...their website is buggy, I'm also not receiving any emails from them

Omg. What a sad thing. I have used this website for years and years, never had one issue till about 3 months ago...

Imma check for further info tho....
