The Antminer suddenly displays "Hash Board Not Detected"

 I have tried powering it off and reconnecting the cable, as well as replacing the cable with a spare one, but the problem persists. In this case, is it a fault with the control board or damage to the hash board itself?

Any more details, like what unit model, kernel logs, and the current condition of the miner if it's a brand-new or old unit?

What I believe is that there is one hashboard that disrupts the connection, making the other hashboard undetectable. This issue is usually caused by shorted parts.

Before touching any hardware, let me know first if it's brand new or not because brand-new units are still under warranty; touching their hardware will void the warranty.

If not, you can try the one-by-one hashboard test method. Remove all hashboards and test them one by one to find which hashboards are working. Make sure to test it in different slots to make sure it's not a plug/socket/terminal issue.
