I believe it is much more effective to hire a professional campaign manager for such task.

The manager will help you out to create a subreddit , then he will hire users to post there weekly and so on. Organic methods like this are much more efficient.

It depends on the discussions but if you're not satisfied with that, it can be replaced. But posts that have been deleted usually were marked as a spam and irrelevant.
