I use an old Trezor One, and I want to ask for all of your wallet software suggestions to use for my old Trezor. I currently use Electrum, but I need a better UI/UX.
I also don't like to use the Trezor Suite. Furthermore, I use the wallet just for Bitcoin, although I won't mind if your suggestion is a multi-coin wallet if it has good UI/UX.

I think the most idea of what type of UI/UX you preferred differs, it is more like a design preference some people like dark mode on devices while others like light mode so it’s things like this, so even if one suggests a wallet which they think has better UI/UX for you, it might not look great to you. For example I prefer electrum UI/UX on desktop. But since you asked suggestions I think you can try out Enkrypt which is a multi coin wallet but I have never used it as a software wallet for a hardware wallet before but have used it independently. Maybe you could see it for yourself, problem is I don’t check if they support some good bitcoin features like RBF or CPFP or allow switching server For bitcoin only have you tried out sparrow wallet, most members here prefers it because of its UI/UX

If OP is looking for all this great UI/UX software wallets most especially those multi coins I think he would have to settle down for closed source wallets because they are very few of them that are actually open source, most are not even fully open source as they claim.

I don't prefer to look for a better UI if your concern is security. Electrum should be enough, but if you are looking for better UI/UX, there are some other Bitcoin wallets with better UI. Some of them are already mentioned above. Have you heard of Specter Wallet? It is one of the bitcoin.org recommended wallets. The UI design is impressive, and the good news is you don't need to connect to 3rd party nodes. A pruned node is acceptable, and there are privacy benefits to running your own node without requiring a large amount of disk space. If you are interested, check their open-source code from this link below. - https://github.com/cryptoadvance/specter-desktopTake note they also have a DIY Specter hardware wallet; just explore from that link.

Nobody should use exodus wallet because it's a closed source wallet and should be avoided. Just like what Charles-Tim said, OP can try using sparrow wallet since it's a good wallet. However, you should depend more on security and convenience when using a wallet and not about the UI. You can also use wassabi wallet.

Basically speaking, regardless, if its closed or open source, connecting to Trezor is not a problem where all transactions are signed on the Trezor device itself, so your private keys never leave the hardware wallet. Just make sure that, the used computer/phone device is secure, safe and malware-free.

Then Trezor messed up in this area.
Every hardware wallet should have lists of software wallets that supports their own wallet for better UI experience, you will still need the hardware wallet to confirm transactions anyway as the software wallet is just for viewing your lists of coins.
Now the problem is trying to find which software wallet is even safer to use, bluewallet do work with few hardware wallet. So is the following.
Keplr Solflare Thorwallet Backpack Rabby Wander Zeus Sparrow Unisat
Your private key or recovery seed isn't leaving Trezor using these wallets, they are just for managing your bitcoin and other coins and if you want to move out some coins via these software wallets your hardware wallet will be needed to make it happen.

Suggest more wallets please.
I personally like Electrum, Sparrow as my second option. But if you need more options, check these third-party clients/wallet that Trezor and co. themselves procured; Link: trezor.io/third-party-wallet-appsAmong that list, I personally tried Feather Wallet and Specter but the latter's GUI isn't as responsive as the two clients above and the former isn't for Bitcoin.

For a bitcoin wallet go with Electrum without a doubt. It is one of the oldest projects and it is 100% open source (so it's reviewed and bugs are already found) and they sign the releases and most importantly the binaries are deterministic (can be reproduced if you compile it yourself). For multi-coins I am starting to like Cake Wallet, even though it is not as popular and old as Electrum but it seems to be open source. It works fine and has support for major altcoins. They also added support for hardware wallets in their latest release (v. 5.5.0) last week. https://github.com/cake-tech/cake_wallet/releases

I use an old Trezor One, and I want to ask for all of your wallet software suggestions to use for my old Trezor. I currently use Electrum, but I need a better UI/UX.
You don't have much options available, but there is Sparrow wallet as best alternative for Electrum. Cake wallet recently announced support for Trezor devices, and this is solid multi-coin wallet. Whatever you choose, always stick to the open source wallets. I also don't like to use the Trezor Suite. Furthermore, I use the wallet just for Bitcoin, although I won't mind if your suggestion is a multi-coin wallet if it has good UI/UX.
There is nothing wrong with Trezor Suite, it's actually very good app now.

Suggest more wallets please.
You can also use your Trezor Model One with " Nunchuk"... IMO, it has a better UI than Electrum, but depending on how knowledgeable someone is, the UX part could either be good or a bit tricky. Note: I haven't used it for a very long time, so I prefer not to vouch (please DYOR).

To be honest what is wrong about Electrum? I just want to receive my coins and send when I can. I don't understand the need for a better UI or UX other than a send page with a place to put my address and the amount then press send and be done with it.
Many beautiful wallets will try to charge you fees with other features that you don't need so for me this only makes it worse

If you ask me, then I will still prefer to use Trezor Suite and Electrum as well. Because more than UI/UX design security matters for Bitcoin users. That wallet software you use must be open source and secure. Otherwise you might face problems even though the hardware wallet itself is secured. Trezor Suite is pretty much good; otherwise, you can use Trezor Web. Sometimes I use Trezor web for myself. It's a very easy and simple interface. For multiple transactions you may still use Electrum for Bitcoin. I don't see anything wrong with either wallet software. Remember, security measures should always be a priority. There is nothing wrong with Trezor Suite, it's actually very good app now.
Yes, you are right. It's look to me as well, quite easy interface even I like more than Ledger one.

Maybe it's time to buy a new device, preferably air-gapped, because for a few hundred $ (200-300) you can get much greater security for your coins. As for the interface, I personally use Electrum and Sparrow and I honestly don't see the need for anything else when it comes to desktop versions, while for mobile wallets I can recommend Cake and BlueWallet.

Thanks for everyone's suggestions. Because I'm using a Mac and a Trezor, I have decided to use Sparrow Wallet. I believe it has a better UI/UX than Electrum, which has a more OG Bitcoiner interface. Sparrow Wallet has a more polished, "I'm a pleb/newbie/casual user", interface that should make it a little easier and intuitive to use.
Plus I heard that Sparrow Wallet had a CoinJoin feature?

Yeah, it use same technology with Samourai wallet. But they quickly remove it after Samourai wallet shutdown by US government[1]. Other release have long list of change, but this release only have 1 change. [1] https://github.com/sparrowwallet/sparrow/releases/tag/1.9.0
