Yes security is also very necessary for development but to me the foundation of true change in a country starts from love and unity, the citizens first have to accept and love each other, they have to even accept that no matter the language you speak or tribe you come from or religion you believe in that we are all Nigerians, there can’t be security if firstly there isn’t love and acceptance, everyone sees the other as a threat especially if they don’t speak same language or come from same religion, the level of betrayal in the force is even scary especially in the northern part of Nigeria, most stories i have heard is often that information was leaked  and a team was attacked and this is because of lack of love and unity amongst them, a Christian sees the Muslim as a threat, a Northern fellow sees the South or Eastern fellow as a threat, not until everyone accepts themselves  genuinely devoid of tribal or religious sentiments true development won’t come.
