WITH THAT BEING SAID...
I do wonder if putting new or lower-ranked users in the spotlight like
this might make them feel a bit too “seen.” Sometimes that kind of
exposure brings unwanted suspicion or bias, even if the intent is
totally harmless.
Maybe I’m overthinking it, but I’d hate to see good contributors get
discouraged just because they showed up on a list. Anyway, props to
Loyce—just hoping we remember there’s a real person behind every merit
count.
