100% agree with this comment. At some point it really is a waste of time when people don't learn. I mean this guy had the exact problem before, is in this forum for 2 weeks and if he opened his eyes for at least 1 minute he would see that this issue happens over and over again. Yet he proceeds to do the same thing again and then comes back whining. This is so annoying honestly. If I was holy I would just ignore this one, as hard as it sounds. As much as I despise BC, when people are still using this site it's their own fault.

I am unsure whether the customers should be blamed for this. Of course, we can ask them not to use a fiat payment method. However, since the BC game offers fiat deposit options, players will likely continue to use these payment methods. It is then the BC game's responsibility to credit the deposits and process the withdrawals. This is not one case here. There are dozens of cases in this forum, and I want to believe there are hundreds more that didn't even come to this forum. BC game should suspend these payment methods and suspend those merchants as soon as possible. I believe most of them are scammers, which is why this has been happening for a long time.

Simply, you can avoid handling your deposit through fiat. Even from P2P you can purchase cryptocurrency; there are a lot of exchanges that are trusted. And the amount in fiat is not much bigger, so just buy crypto and make a deposit. So you haven't needed to suffer again, because P2P like Binance won't scam you easily; just keep all the video recordings when you make a transfer to the seller. In case something goes wrong, you may dispute it.

BC approached this latest... horde of cases of pending transactions [both withdrawal and deposits] by incorporating an in-site system, so they don't have to relay to players raising complaint or having me to bridge them.

Best approach will be to remove fiat transaction altogether, but I think they're trying to find the middle way, with crypto exchange being charged with high taxes [if I heard and remember correctly].

Hopefully, with this lates approach they adopt to handle the ongoing backlog, we'll see less complaints about fiat transactions, especially INR.

Interesting input, I'll try to bring this option to my fiat contact to consider, hopefully they can bring it to their higher ups for further consideration and put this INR-related matter to its end. Recently, I received great help from @holydarkness when BC Game didn’t deposit my funds. I truly want to thank him again for his amazing support.

I’ve seen a few people on the platform questioning why I used fiat again after facing issues earlier. I just want to clarify that we are genuine customers, and we never had any problems with BC Game before  and the issues only started in the last couple of months.

There’s nothing wrong in helping people. I really appreciate holydarkness for supporting others and that’s what real kindness and professionalism look like.

Why would you connect your bank account with any exchanges? How do they know that you had crypto-related activity, while you can use non-custodial wallets like Trust Wallet, Electrum and many more to do transactions with any casinos? I usually use BEP20 and make deposits from my Binance account to the casinos and withdraw directly to my Binance account. If I fear that my bank will detect my crypto-related activity, I will use self-custodial wallets instead and sell my coins on the local market whenever needed.

Yes, it is the BC game's responsibility to ensure that their deposits are credited promptly and that users receive their withdrawals. However, you should be aware that the BC game is notoriously lacking in support. You picked the wrong casino.

Your account was not KYC approved, that was completely fine a week ago, give or take couple of days, and now you created a whole new account, that --I believe-- violated their ToS of multi account, because you're KYC locked? Most users appeal for another chance to unlock KYC instead of creating new account.

I want to share my concern regarding my KYC verification issue with BC Game. My previous KYC was not approved, and I tried multiple times to reapply and contacted support through email several times. The team clearly mentioned that once a KYC is rejected, it cannot be reverified again.

I have been following up with support for over 30 days, but no one responded to my requests. The only reply I received came after five days, stating that there is no option to reverify once the KYC is rejected.

As I already had two deposits pending, I had no option but to open a new account. On this new account, I completed the KYC first and then started playing. However, I am now facing issues with withdrawals as well.

This entire experience has been very disappointing, and this will be my last experience with BC Game. After this, I do not plan to continue or trust the platform again.

I don't think he would be able to help you anymore, knowing you have created multiple accounts, which is a clear violation of their rules. You already admitted this, and now there is no going back. It is unfortunate, but I think BC game will now consider this and block your account instead of releasing your withdrawals. You should have seen their rules and played there according to the terms and conditions. I am one of those who criticise the Bc game every time. But I am sorry, you are one to blame here. It's not a violation as bc game allows to operate multiple accounts now , go and check their policy and they allow to link two accounts under the same kyc. I have suffered a lot alresdy and I will wait for holydarkness to confirm what action can be taken now. Let me see if I get this correctly: you had an account that was in KYC-related issue for more than 30 days, and you're still trying to get the deposit through instead of claiming a refund from the bank or whatever step that is, or to bother mention here that the account is having another issue [so I can run it to another contact and get it resolved, simultaneously], and you now create another account to get rid of all of those situation?
