I still Dey try to figure out how to go round this forum and I happy to identify myself as a Nigerian and I don see several writings wey enter my eye but sometimes if I wan reply to that very writing, e Dey tire me because I fit get very small thing wey I for talk but I go just feel like say, e no go make since to reply person wey write very long post with may be a small straight to the point reply for that kind reply.

NO you no go fit edit and correct person post, but you go fit quote where the person no get an correct, come add your own correction for the exact place wey the person no write am well like I take quote exactly this part of your write-up come dey add wetin dey my mind to your own.

Ok sir so invariably, if I had posted these on the general board, I guess it wouldn’t have been trashed to the off topic and I was surprised because I was just trying to ask and know what I really needed to know because I didn’t have who to ask and thought the local board was the best place to ask the question so I don’t seem silly in the general board.

No, u nor go fit edit person comment inside dem post. But u fit cut am or shorten am to d size wey u want. If u feel any need to edit dem comment, wetin u go do na to copy am and put for post wey u wan make and correct am if na grammar error. But if na to correct d persin based on difference in opinions, all u need to do na to share ur own perspective on dat by making ur own post straight up in response.
