How did you manage to get a PayPal account when you're still underage? Your story is unbelievable, and no one will believe a word you say or send you a penny, especially since you confirmed you're still too young to make financial deals. There is no free/easy money here.

Overall, PayPal accounts are not accepted as collateral for loans from approved lenders or any other member. Go and ask your parents for help if you need the money in crypto for something important.

Use No KYC exchanges or p2p exchanges. They don't give a damn about your age because there will be no KYC verifications, so you will buy and sell your coins without any worries.
I however doubt if your intentions here are really genuine, it seems to me you are just here to scam, but I can assure you that you will never succeed. Try your cheap scam tricks else where.

I think so even not clearly mentioned in the forum TOS. The forum is a public platform for free discussions. Maybe limitations to use some boards but it's not possible to apply this for lower age to use the forum. There are no ways to check the age of every registrant or to set such limits but when someone accept the terms, he admitted to be older than 18. When mods discover later that he is lower age, they should immediately ban him even if he is an old user.
