Big red flag not posting details in the OP and asking users to DM you only. Why not tell the people about this amazing offer and make it public? Not calling you a scammer for now, but I wouldn't suggest anyone send a large amount of money without using escrow before this users proves himself. 350+ creators hmmm sounds too good to be true. Sure would like to see some links to these creators.

This likely going to end badly as most cases like this will definitely not go down well with the client innthe end, i believe we already have a line of promotions here in the forum and as a matter of fact we are used to scammers always asking to get DM from clients when they should make all they offers public and clearly outlined.
