I need help regarding a FIAT INR deposit issue on BC.Game, and I’m tagging @holydarkness because I’ve seen them assist other users with similar problems.

Here’s what happened:

I generated a FIAT INR deposit order for ₹10,000, but by mistake I sent ₹19,000 to the UPI ID shown on the deposit page. Since the paid amount didn’t match the order amount, the system could not auto-verify the UTR.

My details (non-sensitive):
• BC.Game ID: 99697320 (Monkeyluffy13)
• Support Ticket ID: 9507926
• Amount Sent: ₹19,000
• Order Amount: ₹10,000
• Issue: UTR cannot be matched automatically due to mismatched amount

I have already submitted:
– Video proof of the successful payment
– Bank statement showing the debit
– Payment screenshot
– Full details in the support ticket

However, support replies seem fully automated, and I’m not receiving any real update from the finance team.

Request:
If possible, I would really appreciate it if you holydarkness could help guide me or escalate this issue. I just want to know whether BC.Game will manually credit the full ₹19,000 or refund it, and how long this usually takes.

Uhh... how long has it been since you made the transaction? If it's under 72 hours, please have a little patience and wait and see whether the fund bounced back to your bank account or fully credited as what's debited from your bank account.

Just wanted to update you. It’s been about 72 hours now and nothing has been credited or refunded yet.
BC.Game’s system automatically marked my deposit order as failed because the order was only for ₹10,000, but the actual amount I sent was ₹19,000. After that, the support ticket also got auto-closed by their bot since the amounts don’t match.

I’ve already submitted everything they normally ask for — payment video, screenshot, bank statement, UTR — but the bot keeps closing the ticket instead of forwarding it properly. Their support replies are all automated, so I can’t tell whether the finance team is actually looking at my case or not.

Since the 72-hour window has passed now, now can u talk to someone to get my money @holydarkness bro

i just forget to see the amount limit so i copy the upi id and sent 19000 to that merchant ,after i open page to submit utr then i see amount was 10000 limit so it mismatched the amount but the money credited to merchant my bank confirms .its huge amount for me bro it will really be helpful to get my money back

Sorry, it didn't cross my mind before that 72 hours will fall on Saturday. My contact on this division can't do much during weekend, regardless they want it or not, as it's related to IRL financial institusion, of which closed during weekend. I'll nudge them by Monday, of when they will be able to look into it more properly.

the one showing 10000 is the payment gateway where i sent money to the merchant ,therre are 3 gateways limits for 100-10000,300-50000 -and QR and i choose reccomended one that i alwasy choose but guess didnt notice that changes to 10000limit and i did not see the ammount and copy his upi and sent the 19000 instead of 10000 but money credited to merchant its successfull transaction you can see in screenshot where it success showing. one screenshot is from phopepe whre i sent the money from, and one is my bank app showing sucess

Do you mind to check your bank account? My contact reached the merchant with your details and merchant returned to them telling them that they didn't receive the fund and thus they closed your ticket. Fund should be returned to your bank account, I believe, as they bounced.

Have you check your bank account? See if it bounced back? If I understand correctly from what my contact inform me, their merchant didn't get the fund,  most likely because the details didn't match, and they close the ticked due to it. So... I think their bank didn't get it at all, given the merchant didn't forward the fund to them in the first place.

@holydarkness bro i got a money in my bc game account thanks bro- but i run into another issue as i recieve the money today so i withdrawrl ,bc game conforms withdrawl status but i didnt got my money into my account then i raise ticket with bc game they sent me merchant side screenshot of UTR and sucess but my bank says there is no payment with this utr and i have not recieve my money, i sent the bank proof of statement to them still they didnt solve this .shared a screenshot check PM bro

Let me try to understand this. The previous issue with ticket ID F-...6450 is now resolved, and now you have a whole new situation of the exact opposite with the previous case where you did a withdrawal from BC and it didn't reflect to your bank?

right now withdrawal didnt reflect into my account ,i sent them bank statement ,raise the ticket still instead of see backlogs they just sent me transaction photo from the merchant ,i dont know man that transaction pic look sus ,again man i have to ask you a favor ,resolve this bro
