BC game deposit not credited 9 days no response.

Hey Folks

i have made this post to seek help for my deposit which has been 9 days since and there has no response from BC game whatsoever on the ticket

order amount - 12500 INR
ticket id - 9488036
transaction time - 11/23/2025, 4:46:54 PM

now for context i have tried speaking to their in game support everyday since but all i get is "we understand you frustration , patience , we are escalating. etc. "set bot messages.

i have also submitted all the evidence ( screenshot, recording, bank statement twice - once while initially creating the ticket and second when i became eligible for 7 days guarantee.) both times no response whatsoever on the ticket. nothing nada . obviously i have been using bc.game for a while and this is the first time i have not received any response on the ticket and the 7 day guarantee has  not been met . at this point on the platform my only option remains is go to support where ill get the same message " we understand your frustration please wait" which isn't helping.

saw a couple of posts here where people have gotten help in this regard and hoping i get the same help (fingers crossed).

also read a common query here why not use crypto and i get the point ( never been so in the dark before so it didn't seem like a big deal ( plus buying crypto and transferring and then coverting back to inr if you withdraw ended up being a lot more expensive than just paying the 5% inr withdrawal fee on the platform so didn't think it was worth it , although now after this i think ill research more on cheaper ways to do this in crypto).

but at this moment any help would be appreciated . please let me know if any other information is required . thanks

Can you provide me the second half of the ticket? The umm... bottom side of that ticket. There might be some information I needed that's only shown on that part, that'll help me better plotting on what to do and say to who.

Thank you. I believe there is no more details that I need from your side. I'll bring this to my contact. Hopefully I can catch their attention and get this resolved before tomorrow ends [else, we'll have to wait until Monday].

thank you, i will wait to hear from you . but if possible do let me know if they are unable to resolve it today and if you find out the "why" of it .. would help atleast calm the anxiety one feels when there is no response for so many days.

Hi, yes, just today, alongside with the bunch I include in your batch. Thank you for waiting. Do you mind to check your BC account again? My contact inform me that the ticket should be successfully credited now.
