20Bet (Curaçao) – Withdrawal blocked / endless KYC

Hello everyone! I’ll share a brief timeline below. since i cant withdraw money from 20bet and this is getting always more crazy day by day.



I discovered 20Bet and started playing because of the attractive odds and bonuses.

For about 1–2 weeks I lost money with no issues (around €2,000 in total).

Then I won 3 accumulators and my balance reached about €2,700 overall.

Right after that, my account was blocked and I began receiving countless requests for documents that don’t make sense.

I kept submitting everything they asked for, but they kept asking for even more private documents.

I even offered a live video call to verify my identity.

At this point it looks like the only purpose of these requests is to avoid paying and keep my funds.



Could a 20Bet moderator please step in and help resolve this fairly and release my withdrawal?

I hope someone from their side can reply to that. I checked their ANN thread and the OP was last active on July 22, 2025, so they probably won’t see your post here.
They used to run a signature campaign on the forum but it looks like it already stopped.

Maybe this would help a bit - try posting in their ANN thread too.

Have you tried filing a complaint elsewhere, like askgamblers? Their representatives seem to be more active there, and a number of complaints have been resolved. By the way, what's the reason they blocked your account?

i did not, i will try!

I have not violated any rules. there was no explanation for locking my account. No multi account, no allegations at all. They simply banned me and kept requesting an infinite list of documents, each time more private. This has been ongoing for two weeks.

like he said, askgambler.com. You can also try posting this issue on casino.guru or casinomeister.com. These websites are mediator websites, and they help mediate issues between gamblers and casinos.

Anyway, I'll try sending their forum representative a PM informing them about this thread, but I think the chance of them responding is low since they haven't been online for almost 5 months.

since you was betting on sports, you should submit a complaint with askgamblers as casino.guru do not deal with sports complaints.

I used to do this in the past, but the casino usually doesn't do anything, so I stopped doing it. Anyway, I did what you said, I used a VPN just to access their main website and inform their live chat about this thread, and they replied with the generic "Please contact us via email regarding this inquiry, so that we may assist you".
