Yes, this is the best. Just stop gambling than to be chasing losses, just to avoid further losses.

It depends on my mood at the time. I usually have a reduced wager size, this means I am not affected much by some losses while I am playing, I can let the losing run go for a bit and hope to turn the corner after a while. If I do, I can also increase my wager amount to profit better from it.

If the losing run lasts too long, I will call it quits and resume playing at a later time.

In my opinion I believe it actually depends on your resolve if you are the type of gambler that uses cleared balance and target win to chill then you may consider it a normal thing. What I mean is say you deposit $50 and then you have a resolve to take it to say $100 then withdraw.

Conversely you will chill if you eventually end up losing the $50 instead of rage depositing again.

The best decision is for the bettor to make his decision if he wants to continue gambling with the hope of winning and recovering what he has lost or stop gambling immediately he knows that the result is opposite his prediction.

There’s no quitting when your bankroll isn’t zero. If you’re betting on sports and you already set aside a bankroll, your mindset should be long term. Quitting before you actually lose anything just means you’re not really up for the challenge, kinda like you’re scared of the swings. Personally, I only bet on matches where I really know the quality of the teams and their opponents, and only on leagues that I follow. And I only stop betting when there are no matches involving teams that I know. Maybe I don't really care whether it's after I've had a few losses or wins.
