I don't think it's about considering newbies stupid or anything, but more about preventing spam or trash posts that can be annoying. Because a serious discussion board is only intended for people who discuss serious matters, it's not like other boards where you can post whatever you want, but it's a board for serious people and when someone posts trash it will only disrupt the discussion and be quite annoying. Just imagine if you were in a serious conversation, and suddenly someone came and ruined your conversation, would you be happy with that? Most likely you wouldn't like that, that's more or less it.

It is not forbidden for newbies to discuss on the Serious Discussion Board, but you yourself think that how will you discuss in a new situation where you do not know the rules of the forum well. And if you claim that you know everything and that you have enough power to discuss there, then it is doubtful that you are not new to this Quran. You have more old accounts because of which you can be questioned then. That is why it is better not to go to discuss on the Serious Discussion Board for newbies

I don't think you're the right person to decide what and where is there for me to discuss or not. To be clear, I don't think there is anyone who can ever decide it except for myself.

Just as you have raised concerns over here, you can likely create a topic concerning what you wanted to post at that section then if moderators comes encountered with that post they could likely move it to that section, however, you can as well use the beginner and help section to raise such concern.
Or just as above poster said you could like earn a merits to boost you are above to be able to post that section after you activity might have push you up to the level of Jr member.

Note that there is no "New topic" button on "Serious discussion" board for newbies and if they go to the threads posted there, they can't see the "reply" button.

OP, I don't think you need to argitate or argue with anyone here, they are only trying to tell you of the reasons why this was done so, thisnisnnitna deprivation of liberty on the forum, neither does it suggest for segregation, if you can just achieve higher rank, then you're also permitted to post there.
