Topics in Serious discussion will have no relevance starting off as newbie, focus on other boards that relate to Bitcoin.

You are very close to being a Jr member, why the rush? Use this time you have to stick around the beginners and help board. You need to learn alot the things you need to know as a newbie. No, maybe not your stupidity but that of the many other newbies in the past that were hell bent on to just spamming in that board, that was why theymos decided to make changes to avoid other members from painting that board with spam post. There's a proverb that says, "if a finger is stained with oil, it affects the rest of the fingers," You were never the reason why changes were made so that only Jr.member rank and above can post there but you are being affected and you can't help but wait until you rank up to Jr. Member to be able to post there, to be a Jr. Member is not difficult.

You've got to give established members something to show them you appreciate them.  In this case, it appears to be a newbie free section.  I know I always enjoy any form of appreciation that is shown to the established members here that make this place worth reading.

We have a Donators section that used to be pretty cool too, but now I think it is mostly considered a Staff section.

It's not about you, me or any other person. By joining forum you accepted it's rules, And there is a reason why some boards aren't available for new members. And it's quite common thing on various forums, not just Bitcointalk that you can post in certain boards only after reaching higher rank or getting reputation.
And it's like there not enough places to discuss for you besides Serious discussion. After all, if you want to there that much, try to reach Jr. Member rank, it's not that hard.

Actually, the forum admin has every right to run this place how they want, really.  Its not your personal blog.  Its a forum with rules to keep things easy to follow and make sense.  If you cant stick to those common-sense rules, then yes, other members have every right to point out that you are posting in the wrong area, and the moderator has every right to move or delete your post.

If you want to join a serious discussion board, why not wait and become a Jr. member?

You seem extremely arrogant for a new member in a forum you're not familiar with. @TryNinja already quoted why Theymos decided to change the rules and prohibit newbies from posting on the Serious Discussion board. There are plenty of other sections where you can freely browse and post, why are you being so upset about something so petty? After all, ranking up to Jr. Member or even Member isn't too hard nor time-consuming, thus, why don't you prove yourself that you can do it and post whatever you like then?

There's a reason for order, rules and regulations in everything we do if the purpose were to maintain stability. Without order, there will be confusion. That's why countries have constitutions. There's one here too. You should take that rule as one of those "keeping order" stuff. You shouldn't really bother with the temporary restriction(s) you experience. Work your way out of it by ranking up and then be able to offload whatever serious issue you harbour.

By the way, do you know that there's also a feature that allows high ranked users block newbies from sending them PMs? That's what it's.

What are the importance of being a so called "leader" here in the forum, what responsibilities do they have towards the junior members, ever since I joined, I haven't benefited any single tyn from any "senior member", except for some like fillippone (that created a merit thread to give out merit to help newbies), NotATether(who did the same by running nodes), LoyceV(who allows u to post merit worthy post to be merited).
At least, these guys encourages newbies and help them grow in the forum, instead of creating this dichotomy, we should find incentives and means to encourage and guide newbies to become proper forum members

Actively engage the forum for a year and didn't get any single merit is impossible. I'm not someone who regularly earn merit like top users, but you will get one as long as your post are high quality.
