I need help withdraw shows success but not credited in bank account
My 50,000 INR withdrawal from 21/10/2025 (Order ID: F-1846612509421947130) is still not received in my bank account, even after more than 1 month.
BC support keeps giving me the same reply again and again, saying it is “successful”, but I have already provided a full bank statement clearly showing that this payment never arrived. I am also ready to send video proof of my statement if they want.

Sir, I am genuinely stressed now because this is my hard-earned money. Support says they can’t help

This issue with the BC game has been there for a couple of months now, and they are not doing anything to resolve it. Even though their customer support do not help the customers regarding these issues, BC game team has been cooperating with holdarkness for a while and they have solved some cases before.

It is understandable that the main team do not have any intention to scam the players, but the players are getting scammed due to the poor customer support. I hope you will get it solved. Good luck.

I'm currently pursuing my contact on fiat department for several cases, I think it's best if we tackle and clear them all before introducing the "next batch", so we don't confuse what with who, and to minimize error in details.
