Hello everyone,

I would like to ask whether any users here have recently withdrawn BTC from the platform Vaultoro (vaultoro.com) and whether you have experienced similar delays. I am sharing my situation factually for transparency and for feedback from the community.
   •   30 October 2025: I requested a withdrawal of 0.5 BTC. The withdrawal was never processed.
   •   Due to repeated delays, I later asked Vaultoro to process a withdrawal of my full BTC balance.
   •   Over the following weeks, support provided varying explanations (manual processing, system issues, compliance review), but no transaction was executed and no TXID was provided.
   •   21 November: Vaultoro requested new KYC documents (ID + selfie). I provided these immediately.
   •   27–28 November: After informing them that I had filed an Action Fraud report in the UK, I was told that a live KYC video call was now required before the withdrawal could be released “immediately after.”
   •   I offered multiple time slots for this call (1–3 December, Chile time).
   •   As of 5 December 2025, no appointment has been scheduled and my funds remain locked.

I have been cooperative throughout:
   •   responding quickly,
   •   submitting requested documents,
   •   providing immediate availability for the live verification.

My question for the community:

Have other Vaultoro users experienced similar withdrawal delays or new KYC requirements recently?

I am not making accusations; I am seeking factual input and whether this situation aligns with recent user experience. I will update this thread if there are developments.

Sorry about the bad experience. In fact, it's my first time hearing about the platform. So when I read the different reviews or complaints on Reddit and Trustpilot. It seems like their compliance team or whatever they call it is very incompetent and may keep you wait for weeks to have your withdrawal processed

If you don't mind telling us, why did you choose Vaultoro among the so many good crypto exchanges out there?

When I deposited some BTC in 2021, the exchange had a better reputation. It seems I made the mistake of not keeping an eye on things deteriorating.

So, what's the UK authorities' follow up? I hope this report is valid, not just a bluff. Without real pressure from the authorities, your ticket will simply be stuck in customer support.

If you're fighting for a large sum of money, there's no harm in hiring a lawyer experienced in handling transnational cases.

You have a point, but in addition to what you said and the possibility of an exit scam, it could also be another failed business/platform on its last legs.

I have exactly the same experience as you.

I have been a customer from early years. I just found out that the Scigala bros sold out to Ubuntu tribe. Now mamadou toure is the new director and you can find this information in the UK registry. I found his email and wasn't happy about emailing him.

I have been told that KYC has technical errors. Manual processing is in place. I sent them documents and the support desk is providing delays over delays. The also told me about a video call which I declined because it's literally not going to help. I have contacted a UK lawyer office and am waiting for their replies. I also want to go to the UK fraud office.

DM me so we can discuss details if you want. Also any other person maybe we can file a class action suit.

Hi

I am in the same situtation as you and I am struggling with
Vaultoro since weeks. I just wanted to catch up and ask
if someone has made some progress on this issue.
I personally think the only way to get things moving is over
some legal action. I think it would be more promising if we
coordinated on this.

Many people like me didn't know about this platform before reading your thread. I have already seen their reviews on various platforms, their user reviews are very bad, it is really not right to expect good service from them. There are many more victims like you who have been scammed by them, so your thread should be considered a warning to crypto users about this platform.
